Parents will not take their children to the bus stop with them, so you can't use the bus stop to extend the range of education buildings like the kindergarten (it might work with the high school though?).
That is really interesting, I do not know that. I will keep it in mind; thank you!
I’m hope that all citizens at this town will be live in there forever
But actually we need to solve a lot of problems then we can think about citizens
I’m subscribed
I really hope so too! I am glad to have you around
Plant pine you have to research reforestation later to ensure that you don’t have to do it manually in the future
Thank you! That makes sense. I need to look closer at the research tree!
Looks like you are getting a fine start, Best of luck
I feel a lot more confident in this season so far
Awseome
Thank you!
Beware. Gravel, boards etc are fine for self suficiency and cutting costs (esp gravel) but really low export value and high volume, they wont be profitable at this point.
Id suggest going for clothing + fabric with chemicals and crops import and even with that you might need loans.
That said do not be afraid of loans. Take the biggest ammount and refinance old loans with that to decrease payment per day as much as possible. This way you buy yourself a lot of time before the loan bag drains up.
Also, you have 700k dollars and the option to borrow a lot. Use it to import steel and to buy the good nato vehicles. Just bootstrap a gravel road to the nearest nato border and go for it. Buying citizens with dollars is also quite cheap but they come uneducated, disloyal and prone to crime. Make sure to have a staffed school accessible for them at all times.
It seems that wood is currently offsetting my imports. I definitely need to look into more lucrative industries to actually make some cash! It seems that clothing is the most recommended place to start getting export money, but it requires a lot of workers. Might need to look at expanding our town to accommodate the extra jobs. I will work towards clothing while getting our board production up and running!
wood, planks/boards and gravel is a fine way to start up some industry from the get go and you can afterwards use that to get more self-sufficient and get you a way to export more to the greater union comrade!
I am glad to hear that it will be a good starter industry, had me worried. Do you know if you plants trees it counts towards the quality of the board source? Thank you!
@@Braave_ "Painted" trees are same as natural. Quality refers to average quality of trees in the working radius of woodcutting post, you can take quality as wood amount per tree, some trees are much better source of wood than others.. Poplar is only one with 100% quality. I would also say that wood/boards and gravel do require low number of workers to operate, but they are very high volume industries, you will be using a bunch vehicles and a lot of fuel to export it all
P.S.: Trees take 9 months to mature for cutting
@@auboli Thank you for this! It really helps a lot. I think the plan is to get exporting up and running, even if that means we have a surplus of wood lying around. Once trains get going, we can export more quickly!
@@Braave_ I would just add that it takes 3 woodcutting posts to produce the amount of wood a sawmill can cut into boards in a day, so it can actually start to get labor intensive as you are now looking at 150 workers. And even more if the wood source is not 100%
Good luck, start smaller then expand wings :)
It is the goal of this season! I hope it goes better than last season
pretty fun game to watch, tried playing it a few times myself and it's definitely something else to learn. I gave up personally, but dope series hope u keep it going.
It is a learning curve and takes a few hours to get going. I will keep it going, glad to have you watching!
@@Braave_ yeah that it is, also kept crashing on me so i gave up for now maybe in another year i'll try it again
That is odd that it kept crashing?!
As an export, Gravel isn't really worth it until you can get trains, or better yet, shipping up and running. The sell price per ton is just too low. The biggest dumper you can get at the start can only haul 25 tons of gravel for a gross export value of 173.25 rubles. And that dumper is very slow, so it clogs up vehicles behind it. To make any money off exporting gravel you need to be exporting hundreds of tons at a time or the fuel costs, and truck costs, plus the blockage of traffic will kill your republic.
Alcohol is a decent money maker. It takes crops which are cheap to import, and can be exported using the covered hull trucks. 3 trucks worth of crop imports will give you 1 truck worth of alcohol exports for a net profit of over 1100 rubels. At full employment it can produce a full truck load of alcohol per day, but even at just 20 or so workers per shift, the distillery can produce 1 truck load of alcohol per week. plus the whole setup can be run on just a couple of trucks rather than up to a dozen or so dumpers for the gravel pit. And farms can run with 0 employees, so once you get your farms up and running, you can almost double the profits of the distillery.
Clothes are also good early game money makers. And you don't need to get the entire chain up and running in your first town. Build just the clothes factory and import the fabric from the boarder. 1 truckload of clothes can net you ~9k rubels in gross profit or a net profit of over 3k rubels per truckload, even after you supply your own people first.
This is the general consensus for exporting early games. I will prepare for the clothing factory and import fabrics to export clothing quickly. It means I must pause our wood manufacturing, but that is alright. I want a good import-to-export ratio to allow our republic to survive! Thank you
@Braave_ no problem. You can still set up an early gravel plant, just use it for local construction use, rather than as an export. Just remember that if the quarry is not provided with electricity, then the excavators have to drive off the quarry to refuel at a gas station
