I received it but it was my first time playing, Sebastian's scenes were also in his room and you can even play a game with him and Sam, so there was nothing to make me suspicious just because she called me to her room, and since I got married it ended up being weird because she was at the wedding and I still didn't understand how the game worked at that time.

I was drawn to her because she's got purple hair and is pretty. Got more interested when you see she's a gamer and plays a flute. Was hooked when I saw she practices swordsmanship at night and is super sweet when you get to the higher heart levels 🥰

Abigail was my first wife too, but after marriage she was rude when I gave gifts to other girls, so I divorced her and started dating this other mean girl in town.
It was like 7 years ago, I've done a lot of playthroughs since then and I have to marry Haley in every single run, except that one time that I married Leah.
If Haley weren't in the game I'd rather go for Leah or Penny at this point. Abigail just broke my heart and Haley is true love.
Yeah, I think she might be glitches. Once I had nothing except a chest in the house, and she yelled at me, claiming the house was "so messy"...
My first playthrough, I really wanted to marry Maru, but couldn't figure out how to get into her good graces, so I married Abigail. I don't know if there's anyone else I was even interested in marrying (although I would marry Marnie at least once if the game let me).

The same happened to me. I liked Maru but her first event just turned me off, so I chose Abigail.

Good father figures? Yeah.
Linus is a great mentor who'll teach anyone who'll listen how to appreciate the simpler things in life and not get bogged down in senseless material excess. A lot fo people fall into homelessness through bad luck, but someone his age who actively chooses that life has got some wisdom to share.
Gus is the figure of gegariousness and generosity itself, always there to make sure people are enjoying themselves, and he doesn't judge anyone and doesn't seem to obsess over business stuff like insecure ol' Pierre.
Kent may have his personal problems, but he deals with them with grace, genuinely cares for his family and is just glad to be back with them at last. Dialogue with Sam will tell you that he's a hard worker and a good dad who tries hard.
Willy may come off as a little one-note, but he knows what he likes, does what he likes and has a lot of wisdom to pass on to the younger generation.
The base game doesn't have a lot to say about Marlon, but in SVE there is a lot to admire in him. He embodies service, polite empathy, and doesn't fall for glory-seeking stuff. Just calm, collected protectiveness and he values the skills and talents of others. No wonder he likes Marnie.
