In this video I show how to install bar end mirrors and grips on a 2021 Honda Super Cub 125. I use the Puig tracker mirrors and Vans Cult (waffle) grips. I will show how to remove the factory dampener, grips and bar ends.

More Cub coming this weekend
I just did this today, you can find the detent with the angled needle nose pliers without cutting the grips (if you're planning on keeping them). I did the top one first and got the clip to press in, then I used a pair of needle nose Vise Grips to hold the end of the weight in place so it wouldn't pull itself back in while I went to the one underneath and did the same. Then I was able to pull it out with the Vise Grips. I did notice it scuffed up the threads on the weight, but running the screw back and forth on them cleaned them up, just in case anyone decides to put it back to factory.
The stock mirrors will be good for blind spots, but I can't see hardly anything behind me without tilting my head side to side, even after I adjusted the mirror arms out a bit.

Does removing the weight bars make big difference in terms of weight and vibration?
Some. It does vibrate more but isn't terrible. It may be possible to install bar end mirrors with the weights. Just have to take a trip to the hardware store and grab some bolts and washers.
Those Puig mirrors look really nice on the Super Cub. Do you think they would work well on the Navi?
They would. I am thinking about replacing the Goji ones I used on the Navi with these. Just pricey at $99 each
@@SCMOTO That is a bit pricey. You can tell they're higher quality which fits well with the higher end finishes on the Super Cub
