What do think about 1/8 ARRMA TYPHON 3S BLX 4WD Brushless Buggy and what sort of battery's would you recommend looking for my 20y old son what's something that can do boy things bush road jumps? I was looking at (ultimate hobbies) some shop name? Anyway you might be more help full do you do after pay if I ring ????
Hey Mate, long story short you cant go wrong with any Arrma Cars especially with the 6s range, the 3s range is awesome but not as strong as the 6s stuff but more fun to drive. : )
Hi, I bought one of these but when I switch it on I have steering but no forwards and reverse I have to fiddle with the throttle trim to get it to work… any suggestions?
Sorry for the dumb question but is there a reason why, at this price point, this isn’t waterproof and doesn’t use a brushless motor, more metal parts (hubs, towers, etc) and a LiPo electronics system? Nice looking body shell though.
I think that'd cost about a grand mate lol. Go take a look at their shop, they've got heaps of rc's that you can get spares for if a tree jumps out in front of you & the best service too 👌
I have it its because its an rc car and i reccomend if that 15 min is short get a new battery 7,2v 3600mah. That will give it 20-25 min run time. And it debends on what your driving it. Any questions? Ask me. 😀
@@Jusztiszz i order it about a month ago and it’s very good. I have the usual battery and I ordered the 4500mah. It is very good. But I ordered 2 extra wheels and tires because I broke one 😂
Hi there is a knob or switch on the radio have you tried adjust it through there, if not the servo could be dead might need to get in contact with people who made the purchase through they can send it back for warranty,
Please do not put duck tape on the motor . buy some window mesh wrap around motor and maybe use cable ties so the motor can still breath but be better protected .

I know this is a few months old, but is there any reason you can't put something like a strip of flywire over they motors opening to keep gravel out?
Can it run lipo 2s without overheating?

I wouldn't recommend it because you will end up stripping the gears , but you can if you wanted to .

Hi, I read that 40 ESC can handle 3S Li-Pol. Can the engine also handle it with a little sensible driving? Thanks
40amp escs definetly cant run 3s, u can have 2s only, u need about 60 or 120amps
Man whts the point if u can’t run it on gravel , n I saw another video where some sand or stone went inside the motor , no good
Essentially this is an off road buggy you cannot take off road
