To save time on your engraving, put each logo in a separate layers for the engraving part. You then engrave each logo complete before moving on to the next. This saves time cause your laser doesn't travel between logos all the time i.e. white space. Then put your cutting all in one layer to be done last.

for sealing, there are spray on leather sealers (probably want to do this outside, although with that ceiling height, at a small volume... maybe... maybe not, anyway, the spray is quick, and gets in those groves, a couple passes done. Not as cost effective (material cost) but at scale, faster (time cost). Great video!

Hit the escape button twice and the laser head will return to its last origin. I train new laser owners all over the world virtually. I would sell them for a minimum of $5.50 each wholesale. Their markup is no concern of mine. $65 - $85 for setup, and a design fee. Potentially bringing your total to $340

Lightburn can do it by getting rid of overlapping lines in the optimizing settings in the software. You also can do it in designing the keychains to overlap on the edges and weld them. I’d do a row and then do the array tool.

    1- $6.99 - 2-for $11.98
So they just said hey let’s cut out the nice middle man who wanted $2.50 apiece to make them and go have them made by someone else, a much bigger company which will charge them a $1.00 apiece or less and they profit $6.00 or more depending on the cost they can get them made for , you know and I know they could get them made over in China for prob .25 cents just sayin. And thrs nothing you could do about it, you don’t have a patent, or whatever that it’s your design or your idea I’m just saying not trying to burst your bubble but I seen things like this all the time as a lawyer for small businesses that I represented against the big boys who think they can do whatever they want to a small company cause they know you ain’t gonna have the resources to do anything if say they went and took this idea and ran with it so just think about it next time just make say 500 of them go to his concert and have your wife and a couple of her friends selling them in the parking lot for $5.00 and $5 you say yes because drunk people usually will reach in thr pocket and pull out whatever money they have $5. $10. $20. Ya never wanna give change back its such a hassle they pull out a $5 ok now it’s when they pull out a$10.
A $20 they will say ya give me 2. Or 4 perfect. Now your profit is Cost to make is say $200 total to make and you selling the 500 pieces at $5 $2500-$200=$2300

Stop chasing your next meal doing custom orders. Use your tools to invent a new product or improve an existing product. Then have it made overseas because the raw materials are more than the total cost of the finished product made overseas. Otherwise, it's just a hobby.

Theres a million different routes you can go with a machine like this. You can go broke real quick trying to patent and source and produce a new invention. For most people, yes this is a hobby that also makes them a little money. Nothing wrong with that.

Yes, nothing wrong with a hobby or making some good side money. If you want to make money while you sleep and spend more time with your family, I would recommend aiming higher. The beauty of the internet is you can make prototypes and test the market. No need to worry about large orders or patents until you prove your market/concept with sales.@@SpicerDesignsLLC

Thank you for the great video! You're earned a new sub. Lol. Could you tell us where you source the leather from, as you said it was about $10? Thank you @SpicerDesignsLLC
