Ja meine lieben Holländer , auch in NL müssen Injektoren und Einspritzpumpen gereinigt und erneuert werden !! Falls Liqui Moly Diesel Systemreiniger nicht hilft dann die Injektoren bei Bosch generalüberholen lassen !!

Und wie willst Du überhaupt mein Hintergrundwissen beurteilen ? Ich habe 15 Monate meines Lebens als Panzerfahrer gedient und weiß daher bestens, dass die Panzeroberseite der Schwachpunkt eines JEDEN Panzers ist !! Da brauche ich nicht wie ein Laie zu googeln.

Here is a super crazy idea.. why not make a hybrid powerplant? a diesel/turbine that is made to work aa efficient on one rpm as it can that only charges the batteries in normal operation in emergency operation it will combine the diesel/turbine engine with the electric one and give you a super boost for a short time... oh the weight.... but could not these batteries work as reactive armor also? ie remove the reactive armor and make a new invention that works as a battery and reactive (or non reactive) armor....
Ian Miles Yeah that might be it... but again if you find another use of the batteries (reactive armor must be heavy also)... but I think also in war you want something easy fixable and something "old and tried" tech... But I'm not giving up :-) as there could be a really plus side also... it could have "stealth mode" with all electric and the tank would be quiet as a mouse (which for example is the totally opposite from lets say the turbine engine of an M1) and in certain conditions city fighting and stuff it would be a true game changer... in the desert... not so much...
Not to mention comparing it to the Wärtsilä SACM V8X Hyperbar 8-cylinder diesel engine which is almost 3 times smaller and produces more torque and same power haha!!

Batteries, especially lithium-ion batteries tend to explode violently when overheated and punctured. I dont see that going very well.

1500HP out of 48 litres? Isn't that very inefficient? 1000HP out of 18.3L makes much more sense.
Its also the difference in torque. A Leopard needs far more torque since its a tank and very dynamic while a pzhb2000 is more static
