    In a CNC world, sand casting is getting to be a lost art. Good to see you are utilizing this technique to make cool vehicle parts.

      Right on!!!! Thanks, the 3d print to sandcast is a game changer! I used to have to make the patterns out of wood

    Nice work, the part on that rib which is a lil rough is probably caused by some loose sand inside the mold cavity. Next time try to blow out the loose sand carefully of both mold halves.

      I tend to blow out the cavities a lot. Look like i forgot before i mated

      And do some vent holes using thin rod before blowing. Should help getting rid of trapped air

      Hahaha, ill gladly burn my head instead of my face. I have had too many close calls with casting to not wear the ppe. The injuries are life changing most times
