3. தொழில் நிறைய தொடங்கினாலும் தமிழகத்திற்கு மட்டுமே விற்றால் நாம் அதிக அளவில் வெற்றி அடைய முடியாது, 1-2 கோடி தொழில் செய்தாலும் ஏற்றுமதி செய்தால் (வேறு நாட்டுக்கோ அல்லது வேறு மாநிலத்திற்கோ) தான் முழுமையான பொருளாதார மேம்பாடு நமக்கு கிடைக்கும், ஆகவே ஏற்றுமதி செய்யும் தொழில் செய்ய வழிவகை வேண்டும். இங்கே என்ன பிரச்னையை நான் தீர்க்கிறேன் என்ற மனநிலையை விட திடமான ஒரு வியாபாரத்தை உருவாக்குவதே குறிக்கோளாக இருக்க முடியும். பிரச்னையை தீர்ப்பவர்கள் பல லட்சம் உருவாவது சாத்தியமே இல்லை.
4. தொழில் முனைவோருக்கு குறிப்பிட்ட காலம் வரை குறிப்பிட்ட எண்ணிக்கை வரை குறிப்பிட்ட தொகை வரை அரசாங்க சம்பளம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டால், தொழில் வெற்றி அடைந்தால் தொழில், தோல்வி அடைந்தால் சிலருக்கு சம்பளம் என நன்றாக இருக்கும். கல்வியில் இந்த திட்டம் பல பள்ளிகளையும் கல்லூரிகளையும் உருவாக்கியது போல் நிறுவனங்களும் தொடக்கத்தில் வளர்ச்சி அடையும்.

So the summary is this : we have built good infrastructure in terms of education, health, and industry.. In social development , we have significant achievement .. Now focus should be on quality which we have not achieved for past 20 years.. We must improve the quality of education provided to enhance critical thinking and move to outcome based learning rather than marks. Only this will help more of our students come out in flying colours in national level competitive exams. We must create a workforce which is highly employable and has required skillset .. They must be innovative and analytical..we must improve our R and D as well to reach global level.. We must develop our startup ecosystem so that more entrepreneurs come up in this soil.. I completely agree with suresh sir and this is what is needed now and this is what i thought of and he nicely put it.

Hi, I am from trichy.. When I come to chennai i saw the development of chennai.. But in the last 2 years I am working/living in banglore and gurgaon/delhi. I saw more development in those areas. Not only infrastructure, women also looking modern and seems more developed than our people.. I think we have to give more freedom to our women.
Modern dress is not measure for freedom. Even mumbai you can find more modern dress culture.

Hyderabad and banglore is in leading ...in telungana they had separate policy for start up and indias first startup incubator is in hyderabad...... we only concentrating on automobile and electronics manufaturing ..one week before tamilnadu government released policy change draft to encourage chip manufacturing slab in tamilnadu.....but neighbouring state esp hyderabad is way forward in software innovation
