Or....if you operate an IC-705 you can pair a bluetooth headset and use the ICOM hand mic which connect at the same time then each POTA operator has their own mic. Then set the output audio under the Bluetooth to both the internal speaker and the headset so the person using the hand mic can hear the audio too. If you want even better audio than the built in speaker to the IC-705 use a Bose Soundlink mini that's an excellent external speaker.
