    I love mine. They outlasted the lights I bought from Lowe's. Mine are still working 3 years later. I'm only here because I'm buying 20 more tomorrow. :)

    hello Giovanni from Philly. I have 20 solar flushed lights in my walkway and driveway. they are great. but I broke some of them pushing down into the ground. the company making them should have made the stake more stronger.

    What is the LUMEN rating......

  • @oldyellerschannel4676
    @oldyellerschannel4676 Před 5 lety +1

    These light were made in China, I don't know if the ones I was thinking of buying were also made in China or not, but from what I have read,
    the four LED Disk Light by Bell and Howell is rated at around 6 lumens, not very bright, but the ones you can buy from Hammacher Schlemmer, (don't know the manufacturer)
    are rated at 80 lumens, and have EIGHT LED lights in each disk. That seems to be quite a difference, from 6 lumens for four LED's to 80 lumens for eight LEDs,
    so maybe there was a misprint in the information. 80 lumens is quite bright by the way, just saying, there are different disk lights you can buy,
    with brighter or dimmer LEDs, depending on the application.
    I also wanted to thank you for doing a FAIR review of these lights, someone else trashed them in comparison to the "stake lights" because they were not "bright enough"
    and didn't illuminate the yard like his "stake lights" did.
    I pointed out that these lights are for EXACTLY what you stated, to mark the edge of a walkway, a rough path, where if someone is unfamiliar with the area,
    or like it is in the country, or in the woods, it is so dark you can't see a thing, and lights like these are just the thing to mark the path so no one turns an ankle,
    or God forbid, wanders off the cliff!! (Yup, there's a cliff at our cabin...oooops!)

    Path lights should not shine in the eyes of walkers. On a stake pointed down is probably the best and easiest way, and a warm white led light.
