Where can we buy panels and is it a normal panel or a sensor panel as it the light starts when the sun is gone. Help me with this, i don't know electronics
You can buy from Amazon, it is a normal solar panel. The automatic on feature is done by the IC QX5252F

A 1W panel probably doesn't deliver 1 watt of power.
