- Seven is a magical number for one of Bel-Air's priciest spec homes. The glass and marble palace located at 777 Sarbonne Road in Los Angeles hit the market last month with an asking price of $87,777,777. The triple sevens in both its address and its price tag are just the beginning. Many of the home's architectural details were designed in measurements that are multiples of seven. Super broker Aaron Kirman and the owner/developer Alex Khadavi give CNBC’s Ray Parisi a tour. Take a look!

Enes definitely need to tour this mansion
Yeah
I don't think he toured this mansion. 🤔
@@nikhilbm900 I'm meaning for ynes to tour this house, not saying that he already toured this mansion
@@bornpink1906 oh ya, sorry I read it wrong. Have a great day 😀
He toured this house he said it on iced coffee hour podcast
We want this house in Enes's channel.
this house sucks
@@Steven-vh6fg I hate to say this, but who tf asked you?
those two guys don’t vibe with each other at all
He didn’t have to throw his Cameraman under the bus. Rich people have practical cars too 😂
He works for CNBC though, that’s his job. He did it multiple times during this segment. It adds wonderful negativity and drama to every situation, it’s suspenseful.
Throw his camera man under the van***
this is the comment I was looking for smh ... all that shade
Not old and practical tho😂
Don't hate on Josh
The realtor announced the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, giving you light morning, noon, and night. No one else in the world has this.
Hahaha, I love it
😂
🤡
lmao he said that in a matter of fact way,a revelation.
He should of finished off with , "oh and guess what, the earth is round
The annual Windex budget for this place is more than my condo is worth.
Listing agent: This room has the worst view of LA
:The Hermes towels are fake
:The plants are plastic
also confuses a lamborghini for a ferrari
The dude is HORRIBLE
Yeah I looks like the actual real estate agent for this property cancelled at the last minute and this guy is the only one who could be there on short notice. The broker had no idea about the property, only mentioning the obvious like “the view” and the marble. We could figure that out
🤣🤣🤣
One more mistake: China loves 8, not 7
Enes ....show these what’s the meaning of “Tour” is
Yeah
No one does house tours like Enes!
This house just went up for auction and no one wanted it 😅
As an interior decorator I have to admit the staging on this beautiful home is terrible. Too much furniture cluttered in certain spaces, mix-matched and the round bed just tacky.
yes . looks odd .
Agreed with you, even The One which is definitely have a mall's size have a super good design with great furniture, colors and materials combinations, the mansion where you can really relax. But this house really so terrible .
I disagree, I think it was staged well, especially the chandeliers.
Certainly a miss match of everything. Too many colors and too much going on in every room. There’s no flow… The owner surely has tons of money but such poor taste ! Sorry, just my two cents.
I agree. 5:42 I'm not a fan of the pea green chairs with the cream couches, 9:35 The red gorilla, 9:49 the blue and red (dogs?), it's ridiculous.
It didnt sell, the spec builder went bankrupt and the highest bid at the auction was 45 mil.
This realtor didn't know anything about the house. He just kept pointing out the obvious, interspersed with "incredible" and "beautiful."
That is all they do!
Easy job, ha?))
I think he does; he is just so high he can't do anything. But say this " is a hangout place."
Do you really want to have a panic room that takes forever for the door to open and then close? Somehow, they didn't understand the concept of "panic."
Now, he's selling it at loss for $45M! Lesson: Your EGO is not your AMIGO!
Awful house but suited to the Beverly Hills crowd. Tasteless and vulgar.
where is you saw it is for 45M now?
Enes should be the guy that tour all house’s because he knows how to
Do you work for Enes or something?
Poducer Micheal would be more fun to watch
Enes is low energy in his presentation

This house was sold at auction for $45,760,000, according to a 5/13/2022 CNBC article.
At least there's a 7 in it.
@@esmth They even got that part wrong. Chinese buyers--who they referenced as potential buyers--would prefer the number 8 much more than 7.
who noticed how the background music is too loud, i can barely hear them talk about the house
No one maybe use earphones next time 😇
I definitely noticed the background.
I would love to see Enes Yilmazer tour this masterpiece!! 😊
Masterpiece? 😂
we all know it will sit on the market for 1-2 years then get a price reduction for 30-40 million and maybe then it will actually sell
I know a person that's interested in this place mainly because of the air rights already bought and the guaranteed views for life and also the fact that it's not too big. But they're not willing to spend a dime over 50m
@@mohammedfaiisal this air right thing is bs. It's only for the house right in front of that one, and not others. If the owner wanted to buy a house solrly because he wants unobstructed views for life he should be in Beverly hills. Check out trousdale estates
@@avijeet1670 bel air is very close to Beverly hills anyway. But if it was upto me I would buy a house in malibu. Ocean view and a private beach with a little greenery is more important to me than city views
@@mohammedfaiisal I'm talking about air rights. Bel air literally doesn't have any regulated laws or legislations to protect views from homes cuz its part of LA. Trousadle estates, for instance, has a law where you're not allowed to build 2 stories up(in order to not block the view of your neighbours). Most houses have a first storey and a basement. That's air rights.
You called it.
87 million.....there's no accounting for taste.
I always thought being a "super agent" in LA would be hard and competitive.... maybe I was mistaken.
$300k for a light?! That's what I paid for my house!
I paid even less!!!
The problem with LA is this. To buy a good house you have to buy a remodeled old house for high price and then develop a mansion. So with California prices it is already sky high
While the rest of society gets thrown down a toilet with poverty. But that's not a capitalism problem
Wow,🤯 that's why depending on one stream of income had never made any millionaire and earning check doesn't put you in Forbes.
Interesting most people don't understand the market moves and tend to be mislead in facts like this and depends on money in the bank. Very bad
@Linda Luke yeah, true. There's crypto, stocks, forex, affiliate marketing etc.
I have had no luck investing in cryptocurrency, i just keep losing money 😭
The most common mistakes i see new investors make is rushing into cryptocurrency without any guidance
@@annjulie2523 I agree , but finding a professional for guidance ain't as easy as it sounds🤷
“I don’t know if he would make the same decision” - broker
So he’s practically admitting they overspent in this house and it’s overpriced?
??? underpriced you mean?
@@beluwuga No. They spent a lot of money but the eventual value added from all that spending is less than the amount spent, hence the regret. The selling price reflects that spending but not the fair value for the estate.
all houses in america are overpriced, like insanely overpriced.
Yeah these dudes are prolly getting fired 🤣
The owner developed the house so much he basically priced himself out.
I’m going to need the broker to actually know something about the $88 million dollar house he’s trying to sell. I wouldn’t buy a taco from that guy.
Agreed. The host seems to know a lot more than the broker. I see know why they didn’t even get close to full asking. How is he a super broker? No offense, seems like a nice guy.
The owner was 4 years too late in selling it
1:55 every time you move that "door"….a Hurrican happens somewhere.
So the journo knows more about this house than the “super agent” representing it!
Perhaps though the most surprising thing is the extent and cost to the developer customizing this edifice to his taste.
"super agent" who cant tell the difference between a Lamborghini and a Ferrari... : ' )
They can keep that chandelier
I feel like Aaron doesn't know the house he points out things after seeing them
He simply isn't as eloquent as @EnesYilmazer when describing the house.
10:55 I think we can see who did "vitrine" better 🤣
He destroyed this agent. 🤣😂
This house is outrageous! I like some parts of this house but not all of it. Feel like it should be listed for $40 million.
views and zip code once 924 bel air rd sold for 94 million everybody is aiming for it
@@donaldbrooks9588 Doesn't matter. They're going to miss that mark by a long shot. 924 Bel Air is an almost 35,000 square foot home, and you wouldn't get your money back out of that monstrosity if you tried to sell it. This isn't. This home won't sell for anywhere near what they're asking.
Don’t forget that 924 Bel Air Road was originally listed for $250 million. If this house sells at same discount that 924 Bel Air Rd. sold at, that yields a sales price of $33 million….a far way from the current $87 million listing price.
or 20 million
Completely agree
I just shot a video at this house. Super cool
The agent is totally useless, "This is just a chill out room.... oh this one is a chill out room"
he seems like the student doing a presentation in which he had 0 contribution.

Absolutely in love with this cinematography, makes me feel like I’m there.
The staging is seriously horrible. The art works are like ruining the house. The host is absolutely right.
Turning the sound off makes this video immeasurably better.
I died when he said this is a very special Ferrari💀💀
After seeing The One, this looks cozy and modest in comparison.
The One sucks in every way. It's a stupidly designed, far too big "warehouse", not a home
Thank you thank you this full tour is my dream 🤩🤩🤩 thank you for this tour😘😘😘😘
Houses in Bel Air is like a Smaller Version of the Mall. Grand and Massive Entrances. Vast Swimming pools, a spacious Kitchen and Living Room.
I worked for a guy that did something similar but on a lesser scale. He had a house built in Bolton Ma for a couple mil and went to his neighbor in front of him and gave him a million bucks to buy his house, level it and have it landscaped and setup so he had perfect views of the mountains and city lights. Imagine someone offering you a mil for a house probably only worth 5-600k and JUST to knock it down and plant trees there🤣
An obvious question is why wasn't it priced at $77,777,777?
Same thinking here lmao fr
The views from the primary bathroom are 🔥🔥🔥
Super super cool love all the levels and choices to hang out
out of all the houses i have seen on this channel, this is my favorite oneeeeee and i wish i can get ideas from this house for my future dream house, but i would probably spend all the money i own on like one thing hahah
seen a lot of properties with views but this one is by far the best one.
Prices just outrageous around Los Angeles .
This mansion is insanely beautiful. First time seeing steel entrance gates and that dramatic driveway really sets the stage for how impressive the property is. You guys nailed the tour this week. Well done CNBC and team all the way from miami - peter j ancona 😱🌅💪🏻🎉🎉🎉
When are you releasing such yours about Florida mansions
watching your videos from Brazil ❤️:-)🇧🇷
I come back to these videos because the house are awesome but also because Ray is the best host.
We all know it's gonna sell for a fraction of that. The pricing nowadays specially in California is for attention than actual price. And with most wealthy considering moving it is gonna happen more
Yeah, the rich are going to Florida now
Thanks for revealing the panic room 😀
This is a beautiful Mansion I would love to have it. What I'm most interested in learning about is the cleanup during the winter snowstorms and such weather patterns.
Perfect!💓
The house is just white walls. Coolest thing was the driveway with automatic garage.
So strange to hear someone in real estate say, the builder owns a construction. The show hosts sound like pirates. I doubt the person who says that they sold that house actually owned it. Probably the builder needs to contact the owner, not the company under owner.
Stunning! Gorgeous! Fabulous!
No one needs a house like this. LA is filled with houses over $20 and $30 million. hard to imagine there are a lot of people out there that can afford these houses
When you invest, you're buying a day you don't have to work

In the Master Bathroom::
Man with mask: "How do you turn it on?"
Broker: "I don't know. That's a good question."
In the garage:
Broker: "This is a super special Ferrari..."
Man with mask: "This is a Lamborghini..."
In the garage near the cobra:
Broker: "Do you think it's old?"
Man with mask: "Of course it's old! It's a classic!
Broker: "Ah ... ah ..."
Man with mask: "God! You should really stick to selling houses!"
1:30 lol head ding.
The glass walkway is something a pervert would design
Lmbo
Enes Yilmazer needs to tour this. 🔥
Notice those "Pivot-doors" That open kinda from the middle. WHATS THE POINT. The only thing they achieve is making the door narrower. Ridiculous.
I love how they even show the garages
I would definitely pay 25 million for this home, worthy for that amount (because of the location and view).
looks very cardboard .
Developer over extended, had to declare bankruptcy & put this home on auction, where it sold for only $45 million, about half what he was originally asking! 😂🤷♂️
Hasn’t sold yet. The 45m bid was below reserve. It might still be accepted tough. Developer is in bankruptcy proceedings.
In Vegas too. LOL!
Developer could sell you a used condom. Notice how fast he flipped on the staging? Lol
Loved each part of the tour. Music is a little high towards the movie theater and hard to hear the conversation a little bit 🤔
Contact Enes for a proper tour !
I got a good deal on paper napkins recently and I'm feeling pretty pretty good about it.
Wow amazing
The camera man car caught my eye is that a Toyota or Honda looked like a 4 runner , the house was cool too
To anyone that has trouble opening their garage door. You probably put LED bulbs in your garage door opener. They put out interference that blocks the opener signal. They make garage door safe LED bulbs that will fix that problem.
When they went out the theatre, boom look at heaven 😂

This property is literally head to head with 1047 n bundy/brentwood oasis wich is half the price of this

Just awwwsome
Don’t throw stones at a glass house!!
Seen this on Producer Michael Channel with Amanda Lynn. It was Amazing tour.
As a designer, the aesthetics quality isn't bad but the furnishings are below average. Was expecting to be blown away and the realtor did a very bad job. Bedrooms were the worst. Loved the kitchen and winery.
Lol, panic room that takes forever to open.
Very poor quality tour considering the price point of this house .. The tour was messy with no proper planning and the CNBC guy stepping into the bathtub with his shoes on was just so silly and disrespectful .. they could learn a lot from watching Enes .. The WOW factor is missing except for the view so the $87 million price is not justified at all .. Should probably be priced for $40 million I still think Ramtin ray Nosrati's home for $44 million dollars called the Brentwood oasis is by far the best done house I have seen for the price , luxury and what it offers ..
For some reason, I love to hear these two bicker with each other.
Lol
Beautiful home
Beauuutifuuuuul
Ciao da Venezia,
Bellissima casa

Complimenti a Voi
I love this.
Heaven Must Be A Beautiful Place!!! I Can't Wait To Get There....
I wonder how many birds fly into those steel doors with the mirror finish perfectly reflecting the trees around them. Or how many birds crash into the oversize windows. Must be a hummingbird graveyard out there. And the cold and sterile architecture has all the warmth of a Bank of America lobby. But it has a DJ booth! Yay!
Incredible
This was a very expensive mistake. The developer is going to regret not selling for the offered price 7 years ago. At this level, I don't even think this is builder grade quality. Cabinets and doors are suppose to be soft close and actually work on command and The finishes should have been a bit more than drywall. The cheesy art and "creative" lighting isn't doing it any favors either. I feel like this entire tour was satire and poking fun at the house. Sheesh! Good luck...
I agree the art is a horrible choice for this house, and the light fittings are kitsch and overdone, the house also has a very cold hard feel to it, I actually preferred the Spanish house, he should have just renovated and refreshed it.
@@Thyalwaysseek Oh come ONNNNNN 9:30 you mean to tell me that baby Kong statue isn’t the greatest art piece/adds 20m value alone to the house? I mean look at it, it’s all red and kong, what else do you need in house?
@@MobileAura 😂
Some people had an great idea to make money rehabbing a home. At some point the costs quickly spiraled out of control and some of their ideas were undoable. I am sure the first price point was 7,777,777. I hope they sell it learn from the experience and do it again. This time not in LA. Enes alone will do a much better job selling it.
The house is not worth more then $ 40 million
I have a great idea for a bathtub . they should be set were you can choose the water level and temp of your bath then just push a button and it fills automatically.. they could make the bathtub kinda like a coffe machine.. you could even have extra nozzels were it adds bubble bath and stuff if you choose it digitaly I wonder why no rich people have thought of that ... If I was rich I would create my own home.. I think id be a great person to come up with ideas for homes.. creating things is amazing .. seeing ideas come to life..
The garage is beautiful and so are the cars.
When Aaron Kirman sells this house, he would make about $4,827,777.74 from the commission (before taxes).
That’s very true !
Enes yilmazer, Darren Kriz or Jp Mansion tour will need to see this place 💜💜💜💜
