This is the SJHL a second tier junior league. Most of Saskatchewans best play in the WHL.

One of the teachers in my school lost his son. He went to my school, and one day I was looking at graduation photos, and I saw Logan Boulet. It's honestly terrible what happened...
God bless these young man who have passed bless the coach staff and families who have been effected by this team's loss. God bless the new players who are joining the team and the new head coach. My daughters birthday was the same day April 6 it broke my daughter's heart she gave everything she got for her birthday gifts money everything she gave to Humboldt. My prayers are with you all. Rhys Carter I was.its actually overwhelming . I got to meet the farmer who was taking care of and cleaning the site. I was so overwhelmed in emotion that I couldn’t put my planned flowers at each cross. That gentleman farmer helped centre me. I still never got the flowers laid butI did get to put something special.
I want to go. I know I'll cry, I know I'll scream, I know I'll ask, "Why did this have to happen?". But I know I need to do it someday.

I remember seeing the stories on Facebook, i was going to a jets vs Blackhawks game on the 7th, it’s so crazy that I only live a couple hours away from Humboldt, you’d never expect such a thing in Saskatchewan

Humboldt strong. I was going to the Humboldt high school in grade 12 when this accident happened, and trust me after the accident school wasnt the same for the next few weeks, it was so surreal. News crews, people around the world sending support, I'm proud to live in Humboldt

This is what the game is all about. Doing it all ferda bois. Going on a roadie is a sacred thing in the hockey community. Every time I get on the bus this season all I will be able to think about is these boys, and all of the broncos. It'll be a hard season for them but seeing all of this helps me know that they'll all get through it

I remember waking up and my mom telling me “Hey, put your sticks outside.” I looked at her like she was stupid. She explained to me what had happened. After hearing what had happened, I immediately put my sticks out. What happened, was a huge impact on the hockey community. It’s still unreal at what happened.

I went to the sight i crying for 4 hours going to tobin lake where my uncle owns a house with a lot of land and it was sad there was a cross for everyone that passed away and i could not stop crying then i found out that the ammount of players,coaches,staff that passed was heart breaking and personally knowing a player and seeing him 5 months before and i can keep going on but i just can’t

Guilty? Is punishing a man that did nothing wrong really justified? He wasn't drunk. He wasn't impaired in any way. He was overworked. Accidents happen all the time, and when we start seeking someone's head for every accident that happens we are going down the wrong road.
