I'm sick of authorities declaring him a " person of interest" and not a suspect. He took her van, he took her debit card. He drove he without her. He had a plan.
💯. I understand innocent people afraid of being innocently convicted. However, an innocent man would have called the cops when she was missing and still in Wyoming . He wouldn't have left and never called unless he was guilty. An innocent person afraid of being innocently convicted, doesn't run right away. They run when they realize cops are looking at them.
Everyone is deemed a person of interest. When persons of interest are cleared, then all evidence must be gathered to find a person of interest a suspect. Then the DA's office has to determine if there is enough evidence to convict. They only get one shot at conviction unless the jury can't decide guilt. This hung jury results in a mistrial and they do it all over again. Unless the suspect pleads out. The journal will probably clear up this case. Wouldn't it be intereting if they conclude he was murdered?

Every bit of it. There is no one left to take the stand in case they crack and admit it was all staged. No one saw this guy ever at his parents house. For all we know, they could have left Utah for any place they wanted into thin air. The whole Utah stop seemed staged as well. Since when do cops order people apart into hotels? Why was it even being filmed in the first place???

Social media is a platform to show off how awesome your life is. Most people are fake and unhappy. There is a lot of genuine caring people, but too many people are obsessed with looking and being perfect. I don’t use Facebook or Instagram because it’s full of narcissistic people, and it makes my depression and anxiety worse. I keep in touch with friends the old school way and meet in person for coffee.
Social media is mostly a magazine telling you how you should be, look like, and how you can make money. Once I stopped using Instagram and Facebook, my life is much better and authentic. I want younger kids to remember that most of what they see on social media is fake or exaggerated. People can be beautiful and rich, but unhappy. Learn to love yourself and your life even if it doesn’t look good on social media because it’s important to be your authentic self. Most people will love your true self even without all of those filters. ❤️

Now add that his uncle is the dentist. His mother pretended to be him when driving the car home on the 13 (she wore a ball cap and NPPD assumed it was Brian.) The remains they found, have been stated to have NO soft tissue at all. They are NOT Brian.

Weeks later it turned out it was his skeleton. How does one become a skeleton in 3 weeks, that can confuse police who deal with this on a regular basis?

His parents knew exactly what he was going to do. Why else would they go down to the park and bring the car back that he drove out there, and not seem the least bit concerned that they " hadn't heard from him" in the couple days before they went down and brought it back home? Especially when he didn't take his phone with him to call them to come get him after his " hike". IMO his parents are dirty in hiding what they knew he was going to do and where he was at doing it. They didn't want the law to find him before " the job" was done, so he didn't end up with life in prison.

He has been home since the first of September. Never said a word about where Gabby was.he went on a camping trip and it was reported that it was just a family get together nothing out of the unusual. Then goes out for a hike to a place he's been to many times and die close to where his car is parked and the FBI and police can't find him. Then later the parents guide them to where he is.

yes brian loved gabby,,,tragedy for all. did any of you watch the 90 min Utah State Police videos? go do that. she says a lot of things incriminating herself as to how she treats him. I think he was an introvert. I think he left once for a week and then flew back cause he couldn't handle her. If anyone has ever gone camping for 3 months with someone, or even a trip for 24/7 you quickly find out whether you are compatible. She was OCD hysterical personality and he was a quite introvert I think,,,,she waw writing HER blog HER job she said,,,guess she made money on it. She ordered Brian around and complained about him. She admitted that she was 'mean' to him and demanding to keep HER van clean, which is why that argument had happened. The police told Brian they could arrest her to give him a break but he said she wouldn't do well without him...such a tragedy, an accidental death,,,I don't think he would ever have deliberately killed her. I hope his notebook tells his story. They loved each other but the police called it a 'toxic relationship' in the video. They did not think he would do anything to hurt her, but she might hurt him. He messed with her head so bad he had her thinking she was OCD, mentally unstable and wrong because she wanted to clean the mud off the floor. Before being pulled over he had just locked her out of her own van threatened to take off without her and made her climb through the window to get in. He never admitted to his violence, although the eyewitness reported him hitting her...and the police on the scene never got that info. But they were under a city ordinance that this would result in a mandatory order for protection...but Brian talked a good story and they did not file it.
Also if you watch him as he speaks to the police his emotions are all out of balance, laughing inappropriately, nervous and other out of proper character expressions. Classic narcissistic behavior with rage issues.

I think the timing of the parents cooperation is suspicious.
The parents went to the park after it was reopened. They couldn’t go before that. They didn’t walk straight to the body. They started on the trail and searched for at least 45 minutes. The police and a Fox reporter followed them. Chris Laundrie found an item he recognized as Brian’s and showed it to the police. The police found the remains, not the parents. I’m confident they didn’t plant anything. This is a swamp at night. It’s ludicrous to think they could walk out that far into a swamp in the dark, and then find that same place the next day. The photos you’ve seen that show the parents were taken by the Fox reporter. True Crime Rocket Science has a video about the article that the reporter wrote.

The authorities really have to question his parents as to what happened from the minute he arrived home by himself. They know and even if he didn't admit to them that he killed her, they, as parents, should have contacted the authorities because he wasn't talking about Gabby. How could they have accepted his non-disclosure if you will? Plus, if his parent's did not even question him as to her whereabouts, it doesn't say much for them as parents. This, at the moment, is just a very bizarre situation to say the least.

What a tragic story for everyone involved.
This is so sad. They’ve also stated that the police made a mistake when they said they knew where Brian was. They mistook Roberta Laundrie for Brian at the time of the Mustang being brought home. They claim it was the ball cap that threw them off, I believe that’s what they are claiming, it’s something around those lines that was said on another news broadcast. So when people were there yelling at the home assuming Brian was there….he was already gone. They’ve also said with the decomposition he could’ve been deceased since September 13th or anywhere around that time. My intuition says that he may have gone into the water to hide from the mass amount of searchers. 7 police forces were involved in the million dollar search. In hiding in the water he was attacked at that time perhaps by a gator. With the partial remains found and the area his remains were found being chest deep in water until recently. October has been a dry month without rain and high temps which allowed them to search the very area that Brian’s parents had told the officers he may have been. His father was familiar with where his son would go. As for theories that his parents planted the bones of their son, that’s just ludicrous. Now we have to deceased young adults. No answers and only a variety of hypotheticals. That being said the behavior of Brian truly does place blame on him without a doubt for the muster of the young and vibrant Gabby Petito. He left for the reserve two days after she was reported missing. Even if he is guilty as stated by the laundrie’s lawyer, it’s was based on his legal advice that they remain silent. They grieve now as well. We are all spectators that are sincere in feeling heartbroken for the Petito family for their loss. The anger needs to subside towards the parents of Brian, you may disagree with me. Just ask that you respect that as a mother myself no matter what my child might do, even if I’m angry and disgusted by what they may have done, I would still love them and would absolutely grieve upon knowing they were no longer alive. We have three sets of parents grieving and it’s Brian’s parents whom have been labeled many things including the most hated in America that grieve a loss as well. Brian had family that had nothing to do with his choices that do not deserve the treatment they’re receiving. Especially with the error made by the police claiming Brian was in the house under surveillance after returning the mustang, which he clearly never did. This is a story globally followed. It’s touched all of our hearts. I think these families need peace and privacy now to mourn.

I said that after Brian was supposedly found deceased...the hate should stop...the parents certainly are grieving and you can imagine the may have been in shock all this time because their lives have been changed forever. I think it is not a notebook but his journal of their trip. It is probably a sketch book with some words and sketches and drawings with some colors being used. So not only will the Laundries make money on a book about their son's trip and a movie deal, you might be able to purchase a book of the sketch book. And since it will need to be printed in color it will make it more expensive to buy. So for $299.99 (might be too low) you can purchase a book that will make a great coffee table book in your livng room. And that snake Birtalino will be the negotiator on these deals for his clients Chris and Roberta and will make money for them and also for himself. Just a theory.

So Brian decided to go to a place known for Gators and Poisonous Snakes to allegedly commit suicide and become some animals meal...not buying it. IMO...his parents behavior throughout this whole ordeal tells a different story.

Brian came home to die , there was no face to face meeting with the lawyer, he said they never discussed a plan, and even before that, everything he did suggested he only came home to say goodbye !... Oh and I know people will say it is not fair because she did not, and I get that. But Brian chose not to live with himself and he never intended too run, or continue....when people look back, it all fits!

The van was his only way home being so far from home so he didn't want to be caught with her body he left her there. He started for home cause where else would he go. I think he needed help from his parents now that he was in about as bad of trouble as one can get in. This might be a pattern with him. He wasn't married or had kids or a place to live. They did both keep a journal, however it has been confirmed that this is BL notebook. However parts may be salvageable, it sounds like It won't be totally salvageable. We will see though. 🤞🤞🤞 hopeful!

I probably shouldn’t say it but, I don’t think it’s just me who thinks that-it is sad or tragic to find out he killed himself… He didn’t take satisfaction in what he did. Yet I wouldn’t be able to sympathize at all if he was on the run.

Yeah! And this also shows that his parents were at least telling the truth about him being missing and where he went. Should they have suspected something was up when he returned without Gabby? Maybe! But if he told them some kind of story that perhaps she broke up with him or something and went her separate way, they probably didn't question it too much because they didn't want to. Who wants to believe that perhaps someone they care deeply about did something terrible? It's human nature to believe something that's easier to accept than face the truth. So, they probably wanted to believe him and did and didn't dare to dig deeper for fear of what they might find.
