I saw Park Hyo Shin in person in Seoul in 2015 when he was playing The Phantom in Korea's production of Phantom of the Opera and LET ME TELL YOU - from my mid orchestra 15th row seat I could literally FEEL the wind of the breath he was pushing out as he sang toward the audience. It was like nothing I've experienced in my life. That's how powerful this man's voice is. Simply unbelievable in every way.

Justin is officially a part of the soultree fanclub haha PHS to sum it up is a legend. He at least to me. Is on the top of the top singers in korean. Apart from the obvious. The skills and so on... The guy is 39 but he looks 28 he is aging like a fine wine... Only getting better... He got the voice the looks and the warm cute lively caring personality... He deserve more recognition. Park Hyo Shin is one of my favorite Korean solo singers. The way he conveys the emotions of the song through his singing is like a musical.
You don't even need lyrics to feel Earning he portrayed with this performance. I was so tense while watching him.
Heard him live, and I gotta say he def has a voice that cannot be recorded and give him justice. Hearing him live is absolutely mesmerizing. Park Hyo Shin seriously has a legendary voice
Once I started watching this video of him, I unknowingly rewatch for about 5 times to feel the song over and over. He is that powerful, to convey all those emotions with the performance.

I am so happy when you review Park Hyo Shin's song. His singing is never flat or boring even his English covers. He is a perfectionist and has done many genres. I don't have one favorite. Every song he does is a favorite for me. No singer has achieved crossing genres and making every song excellent.

Best in the world when it comes to emotionally impactful pure voice /vibrato alone without histrionics, without moving around ; I’ve said this for years, in this area of heartwrencing /heartwarming love / love lost ballads he is superior to the great pop-op vocalist Dimash. And most agree.
Now for one of the best female vocalists.
Her name is Diana ankudinova.
She possesses the most unique mesmerizing memorable amazing atavistic tribunal primordial shaman goddess voice in the world -any age. Her name again is Diana Ankudinova and at age 14 her incredible and legendary performance of an old ritual wedding folk song titled “ rechenka” ( River in English) Is -to this day-considered by many professional vocalists and coaches as the most unique and mesmerizing live performance by a vocalist -any age , in the history of Russian talent shows-adult or kids!! And along with “ Human” ( low notes to die for) and “ Wicked Game” contributed to her winning not only the kids contest for 2 consecutive years but catapulted her to international stardom.
with millions of avid followers worldwide. And you might want to read a little about her tragic younger years as an orphan abandoned and tossed into a garbage can unable speak for years after she was up for adoption by her birth mother at age 3.
You may want to begin your Ankudinova journey by reacting the year prior to “ rechenka” when she was 13!
She entered her first kids contest in Russia where she sang a song that required masterful yodeling.
It was a masterpiece, a tour de force in not only yodeling but body movement and stage presence and incredible as this might sound ( and I’ll shortly explain the reason why) but NOT ONE CHAIR TURNED!!!!
After the song was finished and the judges turned around , the audience interrupted what they were saying by giving Diana a 5 minute STANDING OVATION. After the applause, the judges had her perform a segment of a French song made famous by Edith Pief and after she sang it , the lady judge covered her face with both hands in utter shock , disbelief and SHAME. The judges said they didn’t press their buttons because they couldn’t teach her anything. She was beyond their level already. But this turned out to be a BLATANT LIE and one of the worse scandals in Russian talent contest history. Because the following day it was revealed that the contest was “ fixed” the winner was “bought” before the show started. A total travesty of justice and revealing how corrupt this Russian kids show was at the time.
And the following days over 80 million who watched the contest when posted on CZcams spit on the judges.
But she got her revenge the following year and year thereafter by winning not only the Russian contests in two consecutive years but 60 more awards and contests.
Please ( when you get the chance) I BEG of you to at least privately react by YouTubing “ Diana Ankudinova yodeling”.
And you’ll witness a yodeling masterpiece and if you stay to near the end of the judges commentary ( making excuses and lying) you will hear a brief portion of the French song the judges asked her to sing that she NAILED!
And there is a video of her outside a mall at age 11 singing this same French song but the complete version and she KILLED IT!!!! And when you’re convinced that she’s one of the best female vocalist in the world ( like millions of others including myself) you must react to a couple of her newer songs: ( she just turned 17 the other day) youtube “by your voice” and the Latin “me voy” ( 4:02 duration which she sings in Spanish and OMG! OMG!!!! OMG!!! OMG!!!!!!!!)
I promise you if you begin to publicly react to Diana ( “Rechenka,” “Human” , “Wicked Game”, “Yodeling”...your subscriber base will go through the roof!!!!

PHS has it all. Beautiful tone. Amazing technique. But best of all he is a remarkable storyteller with his voice. Love him so much.
I absolutely LOVE him!!!! His tone his differently. What's really interesting is to see earlier songs when he used to use a completely different technique. He didn't like it doing this but his agency made him and later on, as soon as he had creative freedom to change it, he did. I've never seen or heard a singer make such a change so successfully!!!
I completely agree that you should check him in musicals. He's so powerful! What else can I say? He's something else!!! ❤️

Great reaction video! I recommend you Naul - 'Memories of wind'(live ver), and Kim jinho - 'Family portrait'. Both of them are amazing singer in Korea. Naul has incredible belt and amazing technique in controlling the notes. And Kim jinho is a very emotional singer and the lyrics that he written on his song are so beautiful just like Park hyo shin.
But still, my favorite singer is Park hyo shin, I recommend you 'Breath', 'The Dreamer', 'Gift' and 'Lovers'
