It’ll give you an idea of what your money gets you in the North Georgia real estate market, what amenities you can expect, and hopefully if this is your budget you’ll have a better idea of what you can afford for your money.     Really enjoy all your videos. I'd be at the lower end of this spectrum. Oh, and as for commenting on the kitchen that was not done with white cabinets/grey walls/etc., while I like that look, the kitchen with the wood cabinets looked quite nice. Perhaps the saying, "don't confuse fad with fashion" would apply. I don't think a nice kitchen like that goes completely out of style. Cheers!
