I brush my teeth before having breakfast because if you do it after it can damage your tooth enamel. It is fine brushing your teeth before if you are worried about the mint taste, just brush your teeth as soon as you get up and then have breakfast as one of the last things you do and I don’t have any problem with the mint taste.

Ur so lucky u have naturally straight hair ughh whenever I take a shower my hair drys really frizzy, poofy,wavy and just a nest so I have to straighten my hair everyday and it sucks..

You should brush before because when u sleep bacteria collects in your mouth especially around ur gums so when u eat u will slowly make ur teeth decay away as the bacteria mixes with food molecules

Yeah I brush my teeth after breakfast too, I am the exact same like I hate brushing my teeth before breakfast. Because I like my breakfast, and I want it to keep it that way. Lol.

Always a treat. 👍👍👍👍👍 😊I use Microsoft Outlook Calendar to plan things, first thing in the morning all the tasks come up, then I set them to remind me every 5 to 15 minutes, so they are continually popping up over top what ever distracts me. You know like when the notice pops up on your videos. Stuff like that. 😁
