First Thank You for this - I have been diagnosed with IBD - I have had the same issues for over 11 years. I have had surgery for diverticulitis and still have digestive issues. I have Sjogren's, dry hair skin mouth. I too had many UTI'S in my younger years. Both those using antibiotic's, and many sinus infections. I have a habit of skipping several meals to avoid Flare Ups which are very painful. I do try to eat slow -stress does bring on Flare Ups. I do have joint pain and I have headaches EVERY day. I can not eat raw veggies often. I'm 65 years old and I find as I get older I eat less - and my activity is less as well. I appreciate the information in this Podcast - Thank you for providing this -any and all information are always welcomed in my world.

Tha is for the great content! Newly graduated chiro in my 1st year of practice and within 2 weeks of practice I stumbled into functional medicine because the standard care model was not helping patients as deeply and thoroughly as I wanted. Looking to start my certification process sometime around April next year.
