Good & tastey. A big hit with the grandkids! I omitted mushrooms & I subbed w/ chicken breasts. My instant pot flubbed out during Sautee so I sautéed in fry pan using bacon grease!!! Awesome flavor on my seared chicken. It didn't taste like bacon!! Just delicious. My oldest had 3 helpings and said it was the best dinner he had ever had.
I really wish every I-Pot recipe would put a list of ingredients in the description instead at a different site.
Mr. great chow, I got an instant pot today, and this was the first chicken and rice recipe that I found and the first one I made in the new toy. I am so happy I found this recipe, we modified it a bit because I didn’t have mushrooms on hand , so we replaced them with some mini bell peppers from Costco and added 4 slices of Kirkland bacon. I have to say this was the best thing I have eaten in a long time. Fantastic recipe and instructions, thank you very much for making my first experience not a “flop”

I add cream of muchrooms at the in the last heating.....its awesome!! Love cooking in it Especially my keto or low carb meals. Its been a live changer since you can prep meals in minutes!!! Gives me more time with my boys.
Made this tonight! Loved it. I substituted tarragon as the spice and used two very large chicken thighs. Will use this recipe many times in the future. 🙏💕👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. I forgot, l did not use any mushrooms. Maybe next time
