Switching to the Reloop Mixon 8 Pro

- I've finally decided to go all in with DJay Pro on an iPad. The last step was to get a controller with the pro features that I needed. The Reloop Mixon 8 is exactly what I needed. This is the begining of my #teamreloop journey.

The ability to Djay off of Serato and Djau at the same time is amazing. But i got Tmobile Internet on my ipad and i dont have to worry about Wifi.
I'm seriously considering buying the Mixon 8 pro as well. I personally use DJay Pro, so the features, quality, design, and overall affordability of this product seems to be the most attractive. If you're DJing with an iPad, the built-in iPad cradle(slot) is also very appealing.
Overall it seems like a solid controller but I am going to have to return mine for a replacement. The left jog wheel loses the vinyl feel sometimes and it had randomly stopped responding when loading a song. Reloop has advised me to get an exchange from where I bought it from.
@@logisticalstyles Could also be firmware issues. This box is plagued with lots of firmware issues.
Zzsounds; it’s true that lots of times the specific hardware you desire to purchase are on back order for a long time. Now to the controller issue I’ve been looking @ the Hercules T7 for a minute but I’ve been looking at Reloop Mixon series for a couple of years. There has not been lots of video footage out there about the Mixon. Thank you for this review and as always good work Logic

Love djay pro but they need to start supporting more gear like virtual dj to really make a dent in the market

Yeah, subscriptions suck, but DJay Pro has the most affordable subscription at on $50 per year. I am thankful to have the full Serato license as well as a lifetime VDJ license. I like to keep options available.
What’s the process to get a full or lifetime VDJ license I’m not to familiar with their program?

The lifetime license is $299
