    I love that your solfege is the one I use. Sa, re, ga. etc. Since my solfege training was in the Hindustani tradition, learning by imitating my vocalist teacher who used the harmonium. I got that instead of a "proper" Western one. It confused the hell out of my teachers.

    The Muscle you referred is the thenar prominence mainly made of three muscles... Abductor Oollicis Brevis, Oponens Pollicis Brevis and the Flexor Pollicis Brevis... 🙂. This lesson was a treat .. loved it. thank you.
