      I appreciate it! 34’s are a good compromise for us wanting 35 or 37…or 40. ha!

    Love the set up! I'm getting the same for my 3rd gen LB taco, I would take pride in the RC kit, I've read nothing but great reviews and that it's comparable to Icon, Fox and even Kings entry reservoir line without taking in the ass financially. BTW your sarcasm has me cracking up LOL! Great vid.

      @@GhostLovesGas Do the leaf packs seem heavy duty?? I run a bed rack (no tent), high lift jack, spare tire and some water pax, about 300-350 lbs total . That's why I ask.

    • @GhostLovesGas

      @@dutchdaddy2 they seem to be, I filled the entire bed with dirt and rock (probably over 350lbs) and there was almost zero height change.

    I just had a shop install a 3” on my 2013. I went with toytec and I was very clear that I wanted the upper control arms replaced also. I got it back and it looked good but these yahoos left my stock UCA’s on. So now I need to have that done. Thinking about doing it myself because im so pissed at these guys. They tried to play stupid when I called them on it saying that they didn’t come in the kit that I ordered. I was like, well I asked you if they were included and you said yes! So hard to find a good shop now a days. You have to do it yourself I guess I’d you want it done right.

    • @GhostLovesGas
      @GhostLovesGas  Před rokem

      It isn’t very enjoyable, but really not too difficult. You could do one side at a time with a jack in a parking lot in theory. If the shop owes you I would just make them finish it honestly, but if you feel like you couldn’t in good conscience hand them your keys again, it’s not bad to do yourself lol

  • @Burritosarebetterthantacos

    Ive got the same truck. The paint and clear on these absolutely sucked. Big fail but now I can beat it up without worrying about it.

    • @GhostLovesGas
      @GhostLovesGas  Před 2 lety

      Awesome! This truck will get a CHEAP paintjob for that exact reason. Nothing like being able to beat it up and not worry about it!

      suspension was so worn. Alignment this coming week will “finalize” the lift and really give me a better impression.

    • @GhostLovesGas
      @GhostLovesGas  Před rokem +2

      everything is going well with the new stuff, no issues. my cv boots were already torn and flinging grease, but the drop angle doesn’t seem too bad. I have new axles to put in sometime soon, i’ll give an update after driving with the new ones to see if they fail prematurely.
