You will find everyone, from Olympia champions to 70 year old retirees like myself here. Gyms like this cannot be designed in a corporate board room. Chuck Sanow and Michelle Bain are not only great trainers, but exceptional human beings who have built more than a place to work out, but a Family Gym in every sense of the word. I am proud to be a member.
USA gym has some energy. A badass vibe ! Equipment is heavy and legit too!

A Standing Lat Pull Down Machine!! Dude that is Dope!!!
Absolutely beautiful gym! Man the old Flimingo Golds here in Vegas had this stack weight and wire calf raise and it was my all time favroite calf machiene I have never seen another one before.
Owner sounds like Sylvester Stallone lol

There arent to many gyms left like that,,i went to a gym called al's gym which was just like that,,it was on the south side of Chicago,,going from that to these heath clubs blows my mind,,,i miss al's ,,you went there to work out, not to talk on the cell phones and taking up equipment someone is waiting to use,,it didnt have ac in the summer,,thats when you knew who was really hard core lifter,,bring back the old gyms,,
Al's gyms was hardcore, great place. Al was training at USA for a while after he closed his gym.

There’s a clip on you tube I think of Vic Richards chasing Dorian round stage and posing next to him, he was thick and big. Am I right in saying he wasn’t even pro??
Yep seen that video, Dorian didn’t seem to happy about Vic Richards hijacking the stage. I think Richards did get a pro card at some small contest at one point but never went up against any major competitor. I seen Dorian guest pose 3 days after his 2nd Olympia win, can’t image any one being bigger than that! Insane size. Would love to see Big Ron go find these big guys that are hiding in the wood work, that no one knows of. I think we’ve all been some where and seen these guys, and said holy shit look at this guy. Happen to me when I had first started training, I looked out my window one morning and this massive guys was helping his dad rake leaves. He had bad burn scar on his face. Asked my mom who this guy was, cause she knows every one in a smaller town. Apparently the family had went separate ways and he went off and huge I guess. His dad probably didn’t recognize him if hadn’t seen him in years. Not all big boys are famous. Go find them Ron!
