This entire season it has felt like we Nuggets fans weren’t allowed to be proud of our team but I don’t care what anyone says. I LOVE THE DENVER NUGGETS!! 🤘🏽
Win or lose I’m always proud of my nuggets for their effort. Like Malone and others said it’s hard to win and much harder to repeat. I think we’re gonna be okay long term with some adjustments and some added maturity and experience.
What do you mean 'not allowed' to be proud? Who said that. Being proud of a team is totally and fully up to you. If you weren't proud, that is on you and nobody else.

But when you compare our season to the last defending champs all the way to the 17-18 warriors, we had the best defending year and one of our best franchise years.

You’ve got CB wide open in the paint with nobody closing out on him and he sat with the ball for 3 seconds before passing out to a contested 3. Joker missed 3-4 open 3s he should have hit. Too much burden was on Jokic and starters throughout the season, especially in the playoffs. They were neither mentally nor physically ready at the end. Last season was different story, they had better preparations and resting period, chasing highest seeding and home court advantage didn't mean anything at the end.

They wouldn't win Dallas nor Boston, they just don't have players, you can't play Jokic 50 minutes.
Denver would beat Dallas 100% as they beat them in the regular season(I don't count that last loss where Irving made a shot that he wouldn't make for the next 10 years, to shoot with his left hand in the last second), and Boston lose both times (with Porzingis, who is now injured).

This team is going to be stuck until Booth and Malone get on the same page. If the only talent coming in is going to be washed vets and rookies, Malone is going to have to start playing rookies through their mistakes.

While Booth did win championship with this team, it was made by Tim Connely. To be honest, I have yet to see him made some big play move, like Tim did for Aaron Gordon.

The starting 5 were awesome this season they went through some personal issues but they did show up and put in effort but Jokic carried this team as far as he could take it this season thats why he is MVP

They won't be allowed to pay KCP over a certain (low) amount if he opts out due to new CBA rules...just like Bruce Brown. With THREE MAX DEALS teams are not allowed to pay free agents. (New rules intended to prevent super teams from forming). Mike's max deal was signed the year before the new rule announced. So we are LITERALLY STUCK AND GOING BACKWARD (losing players) with 3 max deals on the books. So you tell me the answer?? There are only 2... I'm not being a hater their are literally 2 options. We are allowed to make trades (but not sign Free Agents). So trades are an option to improve. And/or.. you have to get rid of 1 of 3 max deals on the books. Jokic? Murray? Or Porter? Look at the last 6 championship teams, just bringing in players doesn't always work. The Lakers and Warriors have been trying that since 2020. We will be right we just need to trust the process the Spurs built through the draft and had sustainable success for years and think Denver will do the same. I think MJP is going to make a huge leap next year.
All teams improved, they want to sell a story how they couldn't. What is stacking all those young players do, when you have no one to play to win. They should test youngsters more, keep the best of them, trade all others mid season for proven vets to help win championship.

Luka loves Fiba rules though, he watches more euroleague and is close friends with his teammates, it never seemed like jokic loved playing Fiba (even though there’s a few stories of him being star stuck by euroleague stars) he doesn’t seem to care about it much compared to luka
No one cares about Olympics, Jokic should rest and put a better work on conditioning training. Luka trained hard from young age, Jokic came to the NBA unprepared physically.
