- Pastor Jesse begins a 5 part series in reaction to the "Once Saved Always Saved | A Documentary Film." This reaction is in response to the error that these men promote. In no way, shape or form are we desiring to degrade these individuals. We pray for each of these men that they come to the knowledge of the truth of salvation.

Hebrews 10:26-27 If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, 27 but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God.

Amen! This is an absolute requirement for our redemption. Otherwise Jesus did not died for all our sins!

salvation is a "gift" from the father through our lord Jesus. a gift is something you accept, not have to earn
I agree that doing good works can't delete past guilt from existence nor will Gd consider them a payment for his forgiveness. However, what are you defining as salvation ?
can you return a gift? That’s what apostasy is.

You didn’t need to cook them that hard with that 😂
They always say ohhhh you have a license to sin, yet they do the exact same thing with repentance, " if you screw up, just repent." It's the same thing that they are accusing us of doing.
They always hold repentance as a forgiveness standard even though without blood there is no remission of sins, they make Jesus to be another OT sacrifice, only forgiving their past sins.

Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, so that no man could boast
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life
There is none righteous, no, not one:
What must I do to get saved?
Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.
He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”
But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

These guys make no sense. Thank you Jesse, for calling out these false teachers.
Amen 100% accurate. Thank you for boldly speaking on this topic.
I was saved July 14th, 1985. I wasn't raised religious. As a child I attended a Pentecostal church because my Great Uncle and Aunt were Pastors there. Through my teens, Salvation Army.
But, I never got saved. I knew little about salvation or the Bible. On that Sunday in 1985 I was invited to church by a coworker. It was Picnic Sunday and I brought my 9 year old
daughter so that she could have a "fun" day. Little did I know what God had planned for me...Praise His Holy Name!!!!, but I could not believe salvation and the gift of eternal life was so direct and in a way...."easy". I kept asking..."That's it"?
"What does the scripture say?" was the repeated response.
I struggled for over 6 months to grasp eternal security. I had family that rejected it...."you can backslide" they said. "and fall from grace."
One late Sunday night as I watched a TV preacher (I didn't know a good one from a false one at this point) who claimed he had not committed a single sin in over 2 years.
All it took for Adam and Eve was 1 sin.
I was scared to death and could not sleep that night, because even though I had gotten saved...I still sinned daily.
Monday morning break at work I prayed and asked the Lord to help me understand. I began flipping pages, and finding verses that gave me peace and assurance.
My favorite Bible verse...JN. 5:24
He that heareth my word and believeth on Him that sent me HATH everlasting life (present tense), and SHALL NOT come into condemnation (future), but IS passed (present tense)
from death unto life.
I think it is sad that so many professing Christians lack the ability to simply rest in the finished work of Christ.

@@discipleadamos9527 HEBB. 10 :26-29 is indeed a difficult passage. But here's the problem. Did the writer of Hebrews contradict himself?
What does verse 10 say?
Believers are sanctified ONCE. That means we are separated from our sins and saved from condemnation the moment we accept Christ. Period.
Verse 14..."For by one offering He hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified."
Salvific sanctification is POSITIONAL. We are set apart from sin and hell; and set apart for eternal life.
There are many clear passages teaching eternal security. It is unfortunate that many Christians read into difficult texts that one can fall from grace.
Those other verses you cited are not a big deal. But they do not teach falling from grace.

If one reads Mark 7:21-23 then many if not most sins are internal. There isn't a day that I haven't sinned in either thought, word, or deed.
Even "The thought of foolishness is sin...." Prov 24:9
Having said that, there are probably 'internal sins' that I may not be fully aware of at the moment.
The Holy Spirit will let you know when you sin.
While I don't know anyone living today that I would put huge confidence in them completely ceasing from sin, the scripture DOES say that believers can and must completely cease from sin. This is conveyed at varying degrees of clarity and directness. I'll just give a FEW of the MOST direct verses:
Rom. 6: 2, 6: 6, 6: 11; 1 Cor. 1: 5-8; 2 Cor. 5: 15-18, 10: 4-6; 1 Peter 4: 1-2; 1 John 3: 9
Eternal security is Christianity 101. I am dumbfounded that so many educated theologians do not believe in this simple doctrine. Then again, the Pharisees and religious leaders at the time of Jesus' ministry were advocating the same kind of works-righteousness. Even here in Korea where I live, multitudes of church-going people are messed up because of Calvinism and Arminianism.
We call their belief system "Loss of Salvation Theology" (LOST).
It's also 1 point Calvinism, because LOST adopts Perseverance of the Saints. The only difference is, they say one must persevere in "continued faith" or "faithfulness," and Calvinism says persevere in works. There's no difference between the two, as they both require one to merit themselves to God via works. I'm glad Jesse touched on this, because we've been warning ex-Calvinists about this doctrine as being 1 point Calvinism and a false gospel of works-salvation.
Also, Jesse, this was an excellent response video. It's exactly what my wife and I did too. We had to stop it down so much to correct what they're saying, that it took hours to finish the video.
Made me laugh, LOST theology. Nice.

Every one of the preachers teaching otherwise are themselves sinners and by their own definitions are unsaved.

Honest question. If you lose salvation once you sin again, at what point was you saved? The last time you sinned and repented? I know a guy who says you are saved again after repentance but will also say he was saved 20 years ago but has sinned since and is living holy now. So I honestly can’t make sense because by that logic he would be saved after the last sin and repentance.

This was very well done. I couldn’t have pulled it off without getting heated. How these people don’t realize (or maybe they do realize) that they are contradicting themselves every other sentence, is beyond me. Well done amen and thank you for this!
If it were just the past sins we'd have no hope.... Because that would mean Jesus blood only applies to past sins... How many of us were alive when Jesus died? Confessing sins does nothing it's Jesus blood that wipes them cleans as snow... Either it wiped Past/Present/Future or it didn't... and the Holy Bible says it was all wiped clean by the blood atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
Outstanding work Jesse, Trent and the rest of the team! Thank you for putting in so many hours to respond to this. It's been very encouraging and I love that you always just use the context of the Word to refute any of their false claims.

Thank you Pastor Jesse for preaching the one and only true Gospel. I just want to say that I think we have no concept of the depths of our fallen and sinful nature, in the sense that we often sin without even realising it, especially in our thoughts. For these people to think that they have a complete handle on all their sins of which they are then able to repent of, is an absolute lie and a complete deception of self. The origin of such conviction is arrogance and pride! Blessings from South Africa❤
Yes. It could be that they don't like the idea of anyone having eternal security only through believing in Christ by faith
Who knows how many people wind up in Hell believing OSAS but those who preach that demonic lie is assured of one thing, that is eternal torment, for they are liars who lead people astray into eternal horror. They are those who persecute the true believers and viciously attack them and their character, which lie about them, and separate themselves from them having not the Spirit, and call them heretics, when it is they who proclaim heresy as truth. Mat. 5:11, 1 Pet. 3:16, Luke 6:22,23
Just before Jesus died, He said It is finished,....... Meaning past present and future, He didn't die for a part of sins, He died for all our sins.
Born of God’s Spirit~~~we are IN CHRIST. Those men are talking about this mortal flesh, while completely ignoring the Believer’s Spiritual position, having passed from death to life, we have been placed INTO CHRIST. We’re seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus and kept by the power of God, regardless of what this flesh does or does not do.
Heb 10:10 And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
Heb 10:14 For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.
We are NOT saved BY works but FOR works. big difference! We are saved by GRACE not by WORKS. We cannot earn our salvation by works because we can never be good enough. Jesus paid for ALL our sins on the cross. When He said "It is finished" It meant there was nothing more we could do. It's not rocket science!
ALL our sins were not in “ the present” when Christ died as they were still not committed yet by us. So therefore all our sins had to have been paid for.
He paid the total debt not partial so that we had to cover the rest.
What if I forget 2 sins??3,4 10, 20??
The number of sins we don’t confess has no impact on the fact that we are still grafted into The Vine…….
This really is so frustrating at how the gospel as a whole is twisted and misrepresented. Many people are sadly being led astray because of this error.
Humans are the ones that put categorize sins but all sin no matter how “ big or small” misses the mark in God’s eyes. This is why we are told it’s not by works so we don’t boast ….
“Look at how less I sin” or “ I don’t commit THAT sin 😳”
Hebrews 10:12,18
All of this series was so good but this last one imo is the most crucial to understanding the totality of what being saved actually means and why.
THANK YOU Pastor Jesse
God sees all time, he forgives all who put their trust in Jesus. He didn't send his son to do a partial forgiveness. We will still fall short.
Jude verse 24. It's about Him, He is the only one able to present His "pearl of great price" faultless. Thank you for the lessons brother, keep plowing brother!!
Jesus last words " It is finished"!!!! Confessing our sins daily is keep up our fellowship with the Lord! All of our sins are washed in the precious blood of Jesus Christ when " saved " or born again furthermore, cannot be unborn again. When saved Ephesians 5:30 " For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones." Kjv That cannot be broken.
True repentance is acknowledging you’re wicked state before a holy God and acknowledging with humility that you deserve hell, but you realize and trust that Jesus Christ’s work and sacrifice has been extended to you. You accept Him as your Lord and Savior because of HIS work that He accomplished, not your work on whether or not you remember to confess every single sin in order to make yourself worthy of Him.
Great Work Jesse exposing this false teaching!!!
12:12th is cat KNOWS his Bible! Pastor Jesse is legit. Very good. Have been save, are being saved and will be saved. Yes
If none of our sins are forgiven (which includes future sins) then the work that Jesus done wasn’t complete and He shouldn’t be sitting down then . But as we know Jesus completed everything 100% perfectly by his perfect sacrifice. And was raised by the Father.
The will of God on how our Lord Jesus Christ wants us believers to live is not the same as the will of the Father that Matthew 7:21 KJV and John 6:39-40 KJV talks about.

3 salvation tenses:
1) Spirit saved forever by belief in Jesus.
2) Soul ( mind, willl emotions) being saved. However, it goes with the spirit at physical death.
3) Body- will be saved at the rapture because our spirits are saved.
We can see 3 tenses of peace and redemption as well.
It would be quite interesting to interview each of the proponents of conditional security separately to find out: 1. How exactly does a true believer lose their salvation. 2. If salvation is lost, can the person get it back? Multiple times? 3. How do they get it back? Do they receive/believe in Christ again as when they were initially saved or just confess the latest sin or feeling of apostasy and that restores them? In other words, do they fall all the way down the ladder or just a rung or two.
My guess is that we would end up with very different answers. I don’t think there is a unanimous theological position among these folks. The documentary, however, makes it look like they are all unified in their theology. But if they are going to proclaim the “unbiblical position” of OSAS then perhaps they can also make a documentary answering in detail questions similar to what I asked.
I HIGHLY recommend reading Phillip Mauro "The Wretched Man and His Deliverance: Romans 7."
Brilliant!
One must do more than believe, even the demons believe and they shudder.
It’s definitely a relationship
Are demons forgiven when they believe ?…because whoever believes in Jesus receives forgiveness of sins…all the prophets bore witness to him….once we believe we are forgiven,we cant do no works to be forgiven & salvation is the forgiveness of sins…we are delivered from the kingdom of darkness & translated into the kingdom of God…dead with Christ & Freed from sin, redeemed from the curse which is death because Jesus took that for us….we are appointed to die once & Jesus did just that,he died once…now God adopts us,gives us his Spirit making us his children & heirs of God…we now receive the eternal inheritance…all that is our Father’s is ours…we are in Christ & he cannot sin or ever Fall…The Lord is Our Righteousness & that is Eternalllllll ♥️✝️🩸❗️

SIn is slippery slope. Once you fall in, you don't know when you're getting out. You can choose to willfully sin if all you want to be don't be surprised when you hear... "Depart from me you workers of iniquity."

* Modern scholars unanimously agree 2 Peter wasn't written by Peter.
* The apostle Peter was a fisherman who spoke Aramaic. 2 Peter was written by an educated Greek.
* The only scripture that was available at the time of Peter was the Tanakh (Old Testament). There are no verses in the Old Testament that confirm Paul.
*The only person twisting scripture was Paul. e.g.

There is no such scripture. It's a phantom reference.
Romans 9:25 _"As indeed he says in Hosea, “Those who were not my people I will call ‘my people,’ and her who was not beloved I will call ‘beloved.’”_
vs
Hosea 2:23 _"and I will sow her for myself in the land. And I will have mercy on No Mercy, and I will say to Not My People, ‘You are my people’; and he shall say, ‘You are my God.’”_
Hosea was prophet to the northern kingdom of Israel and he was speaking about the 10 tribes of the northern kingdom. Paul twists this to apply it to pagans in Rome.
Isaiah says Jacob repents and the Redeemer comes because Jacob repents. Paul changes it so that the Redeemer will turn the heart of Jacob. Paul says you can't adequately repent by yourself which is false,. Jacob repented.
Isaiah 59:20 "“The Redeemer will come *TO* Zion, to those in Jacob who repent of their sins,” declares the LORD."
vs
Romans 11:26 "and in this way all Israel will be saved. As it is written: “The deliverer will come *FROM* Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob."
Christ died for all sins but he didn’t take them from us, so we will still commit them. We also have free will to choose to believe and follow Christ or to not follow Christ but we also have the free will to change our beliefs and choose not believe the Bible and for that one would lose their salvation
I think the thing most people miss is that how God views a person’s sin before and after salvation. Once a person truly is saved by faith in Jesus God has forgiven them from their sins. How? Well by the covering of the blood of Jesus instilled and sealed within them the Holy Spirit not to become unsealed by anything they do. God no longer views a believers sins in a condemnation manner because the ability for sin to cause this for a believer has been nullified by the sacrifice Jesus provided on the cross for us. What I’m trying to say is once saved you always saved. There is nothing you can do to undo salvation God has provided to you by the only work that will save us and that is our faith. Once God has that window of opportunity he seals you with his spirit that you cannot unseal. The Holy Spirit and new man are what produces good works not the old man. All credit and glory goes to God / Jesus.
Jesse can you please explain Luke 8:10 for me? I have been a Christian for a long time and never really understood it. Thanks
If we could lose our salvation everyone would. He put no part of human effort in the plan of salvation. The only work we do is to believe in the shed blood of Jesus.

So many teachers point back to our own works, When The word is not properly divided between Law and Gospel, we end up with Roman Catholicism, ( the sinner is working to obtain righteousness by the law ) we must look to the perfect savior in the law ( which these fellas think they keep and ) vs outside of us , in the in our debt being paid at the cross of Christ, we offer nothing , the Gospel of Christ is clear .
Just trust God's word.
Jesus: "Heaven and earth will pass away, but MY words will never pass away." Matthew 25:35
Let me try this:
You’re given a Christmas present or birthday present.
The person who is giving the gift put a lot into the gift.
First you did nothing to earn the gift. It’s a gift.
Second you look at the person who gave the gift and respond with “thank you”
Third you seek for a way to show your appreciation for the gift, doesn’t change the fact that you already have the gift.
Finally, (especially if it’s a good gift) you want to return the favor in some way to show appreciation. (Maybe the gift giver gives a suggestion for you to show gratitude.) 🙏
How is the gospel a gift unless it saves everyone? How is it a good gift when it says if you don't accept this gift, I m gonna burn ya for eternity?
I realize that the gospel has helped millions find their way in life but lets look at this thing from an intelligent and reasonable perspective. The gospel message is a message of hate more than it is love. Soul damnation is a lie from the pits of hell, pun intended. And in my opinion fundamentalist type Christianity is ruining Christianity.
If Jesus Christ didn't die for all our sins present, passed and further then God's atonementing, mercy and grace are limited. 😮 God's mercy and grace isn't limited but eternal, eternal life.
Hi, I have a question on whether if we fail to forgive, does that mean God doesn’t forgive us or does he already forgive of all the sins we have done? God bless 🙏
God has forgiven us of all sin. The believer in Christ is positionally justified in Christ, but the problem arises when the believer continues to sin (such as not forgive). Sin will never hurt the familial relation (child of God) between God and the believer - the positional aspect of their justification.
Sin DOES and WILL on the other hand affect the believer’s walk and fellowship with God (practical, daily sanctification). Sin is always condemned, and it always produces death, but the believer has a new nature that cannot sin. Therefore that nature cannot die. It is the believer’s flesh (and his tendency to walk therein) that causes the problems. This flesh will ultimately die or be changed - 1 Cor. 15:50-54.
- Trent
The way of escape is Jesus Gospel, and what He did for us. I am a sinner, I KNOW this, I struggle with my sins. ALL of us do. My sins are because, I like everyone that has flesh of the seed of man is a born sinner, because of Adam, Romans 5.

25 When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:
26 Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.
27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.
28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.
29 And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.
30 And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.
Unfortunately, they don't believe grace will save them thru faith in the complete sacrifice of our Messiah, they have to add their works to keep it.
They conflate salvation, life in the age to come, and rewards in the Kingdom, two totally different things. 1 Cor. 3:10-15.
To say you can lose salvation is to say the blood of Christ wasn't enough to cover all of your sins. So if that's the case then why did Jesus die on the Cross knowing that our future sins wouldn't be forgiven and we'd end up losing that salvation? Remember we're all sinners.
In wrestling you have grappling, holding. Right standing Wrestlers also try to keep each other safe when tumbling around. Embracing each other. Repentance is acknowledging your fallen state before a holy God and acknowledging Him that you need His grace on your behalf.
Repentance doesn’t mean…you have to live in constant fear that if you commit that sin…now I’m back at square one in need of salvation.
Living like that will give you a nervous breakdown.
Just listening to OSAS documentary. I want bang my head. It is the most confusing thing I ever heard.
Thank you for doing these! There is so much content out there talking about "Doctrine Matters" and its more like Christian gossip. They wont even touch content like this. I think it is because most of them actually teach a form of Lordship Salvation, so they don't really like talking about this. It is this type of confusion that is plaguing the church the most IMO. It is double tongued speech and causes much stress to the believer. You can't really live the Christian life if you are always worried about if you are a Christian or not. And the bible says to know to do good and not do it is a sin (James 4:17). I wonder how much unconfessed/unrepentant sin they have in that area....
I agree. I got pulled into the "doctrine matters" bandwagon. It was kindof a judgmentmental space. Although They didnt promote bad doctrine but they didnt touch stuff like this, sadly. I do think doctrine matters people got me inquiring as to if i could lose my salvation, because the ones i watched weren't lordshippers. So im thankful i got to see ones like Jesse who were specific on Grace. This is a great channel. His recommended channels are good too.

24 But He, because He continues forever, has an unchangeable priesthood.
25 Therefore He is able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.
26 For such a High Priest is fitting for us, WHO IS holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens;
27 who does not need daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for His own sins and then for the people's, for this He did once for all when He offered up Himself...
