I'd be interested in videos going into the differences you see in HR and Stryd power with and without the LEVER system at various speeds. I'm currently considering buying this mainly for any potential injuries in the future but also for easy runs a couple of times a week when I would usually cross train.

I have this lined up to test and do a video on. It’s mainly just finding the time in the week/in and around my training to get it done accurately.
Keep your eyes on the channel, coming very soon!

The Lever is good but not as effective at handling body weight at the point of impact where dynamic force is at its greatest. A better equivalent comparison would be the LightSpeed Lift (not so much the Ultra-G Anti-gravity Treadmill). The key difference between LightSpeed Lift and The Lever is design and effectiveness. The LightSpeed Lift handles dynamic impact force better because of its more rigid design. In contrast, the Lever support will flex more at the crucial point of impact more so than the LightSpeed Lift. Therefore, where support counts most (i.e., at the point of foot contact/impact) The Lever has greater impact force. HOWEVER, the Lever is the most affordable and portable option. This type of therapy aid device is not new, it has been used for well over 10 yrs. but it seems to have caught on recently because of The Lever's affordability (albeit at a reduced effectiveness), ease of use, and minimal space requirement. The Lever has made this therapy adaptation more mainstream and a "better than nothing" affordable and practical option. And, that is a good thing.

Absolutely agree, haven’t seen or used the lightspeed lift but agree in a general sense that although it’s not a fool proof absolutely ideal solution, the cost effectiveness and portability for the typical amateur athlete who can benefit from any form of body weight assistance/relief in a training or for use in an injury rehab sense is I believe a really good solution and definitely progressing the space.
