  • After installing a brand new travertine patio around my pool, I needed to install a pool fence. My young kids required protection to ensure they did not access with pool without supervision. Although, I did not want to drill holes into my new pool deck. Holes are typically required to insert pool fence poles. In order to avoid harming my new stone patio, I attached wood 4x4s together around the pool perimeter. Finally, I drilled holes into the wood base to insert the pool fence poles. The result was a sturdy free-standing mesh fence. Once my children are confident swimmers, I can remove and sell or recycle the entire fence and wood base. My pool deck, then, will not include any unsightly holes. Spare your concrete patio, and install this removable pool fence! See Amazon links below for all project supplies.
