    Sir hamari taraf barish BHI hone lagi hai tin din se buss barish ho rahi hai ess vajah se BHI workout nhi ho pa Raha hai ab ground ko BHI sukhane Mai 10-15 din lagenge aur sukhane ke baad phir phir bharish Hoga road pe to normal running hi Karuga nhi to injury ho jayegi
