Have both. Have to say for the price godspeeds sre pretty damn good. But over all if you can afford it get the bc.
0:21 I'VE JUST MADE UP MY MIND
Because of the instructions?🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻😬
@@eautosports price lol
Wich did you pick?
Godspeeds still holding up?
Which one do you think is better
I’d say Godspeed in this case😬
I have a set of Godspeed A33s on my car and I love them, car handles great with them. Better then OEM ever did.
A33? Is that a step above the maxx?
My Lexus is250 07 oem suspension broke. And I want to buy godspeed nonomax. But I’m afraid they they will lower my car too much. How do I know if these specs are good for me?
Spring Front Rear
Rate (kg/mm) 14 12
Length (mm) 180 180
I.D. (mm) 62 62-43.6*
Godspeed look way better
The godspeeds are made of aluminum and the bc is steel... That's why the top is thicker
Does this change the weight to the oem or performance due to different materials
God speed look stronger and nicer tbh
I picked KW....lol
9 times out 10 you don't have KW money
@@mrman8856 True
@josephmgomez3921 I was really hoping I'd be wrong.
@@mrman8856 What do you mean?
@@josephmgomez3921 I was hoping that you had money for KW coilovers. Keep up man. Lol
Bc overhyped and overpriced, I had tein flex z and those are more for daily comfort driving even on max stiff dampening, my friend has had mono ss on his Miata and mono rs on his brz and says he likes them
Bc coilovers 👍
Just because Godspeed look way better BC is actually way better. But if people wanna cheap out on suspension which is something I personally wouldn’t do at all then by all means go ahead
Based on what evidence please? I haven't seen any true (shock dyno tests, etc.) test that showed that and would be really interested in finding something that isn't just someone's opinion.
But how is BC any better? You didn’t explain your argument. Also are you referring to Godspeed as cheap? Or are you referring to the price of both coilovers being roughly 1k? Because honestly you do realize it’s only a 40.00 difference between the 2. Right?
I have had bc coilovers on multiple cars including buying them brand new . They’re nothing special or better then coils half their price , they ride like shit and if you wanna talk about not cheaping out on suspension then you’re not going to buy bc’s at all because bc’s are considered entry level for good reason . I sold my bc’s and bought KW’s and they ride so much better however for track stuff I will say they compress more and have their drawback when high speed cornering up hills but better then the bc’s which you’d hit a bump and the wheels damn near would come off the ground lol
@@shawn_e9248 godspeed maxx 900 bucks vs 1200 bucks bc……where you get 40 number ?
@@bandidomxgarage7898 well if the BC’s cost 1,030 and the Godspeed cost 990. According to the video at 0:22 … that’s a 40.00 difference is it not? I mean math is math.. is it not? Lol
godspeed coilovers are just rebranded ebay/rev9 garbage at an insanely inflated price, especially the pink monoSS coils which are worth their weight in scrap. Ive been telling people to stay away from this brand for years after my own coilovers snapped in half while driving, along with two other instances ive seen of snapped struts (not counting multiple examples of snapped camber arms, tie rod ends ripping out etc)
BC might not be *top quality* but certainly in a completely different realm than godspeed altogether, at least BC will answer the phone and warranty your parts if they break, which they are WAY less likely to do. 5 years strong on both sets of BC BR's while my godspeeds catastrophic failure occured within 1 year of daily driving, no abuse involved (not to mention the clunks and mismachined threads out of the box). If you got a "good" set of godspeeds, consider yourself lucky on the quality control side of things because they have none. BC is bottom line entry level, do not buy anything cheaper.
Bc entry level? Funny because most coilovers are cheaper than bc. Very few are as much or more than bc
@@marcelluscunningham8272 thats because "most" coilovers below BC are the same thing. Monotube, single adjustable damper, linear shock coilovers. Once you get into the $1000+ range (Feal, Fortune Auto, Ohlins, Silvers, KW) is where you find a whole different coilover depending on price. External resevoirs, 2/3-way dampers, digressive pistons, and bespoke spring rates (usually sourced from Swift) with proper valving. BC is where i consider the entry point to the proper coilover market because they are the first on the list (price wise) that offers custom build coilovers and an actual R&D department in the USA (something that none of the sub-$1000 brand have but all of the $1500+ brands do have)
Not saying there's anything wrong with these affordable coilovers, but they're not really an improvement over stock suspension. Everything in the sub-$1000 range is going to lower your car for sure, but there will be a compromise between handling and driveability. Some will be comfy yet bouncy and unstable (godspeed, raceland), some will be unbearably uncomfortable yet controlled (BC, Megan). The *expensive* options are where you find the extensively developed coilovers that can actually improve handling without sacrificing ride quality, and offer the LEAST amount of problems down the line. You'll go through 5 sets of racelands in the time it takes a KW shock to fail on you. Buy once, cry once.
Yes those bc's are the entry level , there are tons of coil overs above bc in cost and quality and performance. What he's saying is to look for coils less than these bc cost are a waste of time and money's worth @@marcelluscunningham8272
@@marcelluscunningham8272I've had my share of experience and bc were the best I've had by far outlasting in performance, bought my car with bc used for 6yrs and I've continued with it for an additional 3 yrs abusing it before 1 gaved out and I change to max speeding, lasting 2 months, rev9 lasting 7 months and now back to bc feels better than a brand new car on my 8th gen civic.
