Thank you for explaining the proper arm swing definitely going to work on the swing out than in..! Just got back into bowling and joined a league here in Jacksonville N.C and I'm so much having fun with this and during this next summer joining another league and next year should have alot higher Avg at the moment its 169.
The moment you mentioned the word unique routine I knew Big wes will end up somewhere in this video. I remember my first coach made fun of me that I kept my head down on delivery step. And he was later taught that many things, espeically the older rules like hit it up with follow through and etc, were washed into the revolutions.

Brandon Novak's swing goes behind him but his release is beautiful.
Marshall Holman also slid a long way and hit it while still sliding.
LOL I have a 4 step approach and I had someone turn around and say that I should be setting up with My right foot. 26yrs of setting up on the left and I ain't changing it. Mind you I do need to find out what My swing plane is like.

This is not the problem. If you are all by yourself, then no problem.
During a tournament, just waiting to get on the approach, waiting for your turn, because you have to wait two lanes to the left and two lanes to the right, then you can get on the mother f!cker and bowl.
Just getting on the approach is a pain in the f!cken AZZ Everytime.
