I'm on the same medication, but lifelong steroid replacement for my adrenals. I'm thin, but its shocking how much fluid retention it causes. And yes, fat is redistributed to the face. Your channel has been so helpful on how to deal with this x
Thx for the info about this. Your demonstration will assist me in having a better relationship with my vacuum therapy sessions. I dreaded doing this because it would be uncomfortable because of my settings. I’m going to try the “no release” method. Thanks again😊
Thank you so much for explaining. I also have vibrating plate and use it for 15 min, but was afraid to it every day since I read its not good to use it everyday.
Using a vibration plate every day can be safe for most people if used correctly and for an appropriate amount of time. My plate has a lymph drainage setting and I use it for 15 minutes a day. Thanks for watching. :)
Great video! My silver knob has no lines to tell me where to set it, so I turned it all the way back and moved it less than a quarter of the way up, so I’ll go from there if it’s not enough suction. I do kno half way is way to much! lol
Good morning, I completed a body sculpting class a few months back. I had really good results the first two-three treatments of calvitation and RF. I do everything I was taught, including vacuum therapy, vibration plate and drink plenty of water before and after treatment but, it seems like I no longer see results. I am close to 60 years old and I have a lot of lower belly fat. Also, if I do see results, it usually takes up to two weeks. I just don't understand what I am doing wrong now. Any suggestions? I have the S-shape. Great machine. I use Aloe gel and do cavitation and RF at the same time about 60 minutes and vacuum therapy about 20 minutes on lower belly. Any suggestions. Oh and so excited to get your Ebook. 😀😀
Hello, thanks for watching and sharing. What protocol are you using I would suggest the HBD method. Here is a video that explains it and it's also in my eBook. czcams.com/video/bsnWgDK8zSk/video.html
Hi beautiful! I had minimal lipo 360 and unfortunately developed a small fluid pocket on lower ab. I purchased a RF machine that does have it all but im not sure whats the best to use to get the scar tissue to losen so that fluid can finally flow.Alsp, a bit nervous IF i get that fluid finally moving, will some of those small clots be dangerous? 😔
O and do I use it in the order of Vac, CAV then RF? And I also have a RedLight Therapy belt so should I use that first for warming? I'm just not sure which is 1st, 2nd 2rd, etc. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR WHAT YOU DO!!❤
Hi Merari, thanks for watching my video. :) Fluid pockets are common unfortunately. The first question I would ask you is how long has it been since you had you lipo? If it's been under six months I would not do any cavitation. I would only work on lymph drainage, manual and using a vibration plate. If you do cavitation to soon you could create more fluid build up. The best thing you can do is massage.
Hey, I have been binge watching your videos, they are so informative. Can CVR (cavitation, vacuum and Radiofrequency) be used in buttocks, please let me know. Thank you.
Absolutely, if your looking for fat loss. Thanks for watching my video. I also just released my first eBook that has all I know about body contouring. Hello! I had a question. How often can you use vacuum therapy and can you use it by itself?

Will vibrating plate also be useful for lymphatic drainage? I heard it might be
I get it, looking different than you are use to but I think you look fabulous🎉
Thank you for your kind words, and for watching. :)
Can RF or the vacuum remove an harmless lipoma from the side of my kneecaps?

What is the one machine that is best for tummy fat and face?
Can you push it toward the lymph nodes behind the knees for legs sculpting or is groin better?
Always moving upward to the closest lymph node. So, if the knee is closer then yes, if the groin is closer then to the groin. :)

Would low carb help with fluid retention? I heard carbs retain water more than fat and protein.
What setting is vaccum on?
.1 and .1 or..?
Hi Kim, the suction is on a 2.0 with no release. The silver knob is set to the first line. Thanks for watching. :)
@@Beautyover50onabudget thank you so much! 😀🙏🏽 I love your teaching!
