Love the way you move, like lightening. I was surprised to know you do not Cook with methi or mustard seeds.I am a Trini but been away 55 years. Everything curry get both mustard and methi seeds. Now I will try your style of cooking. My Grandparents where from Gujarat living in TT so your cooking is very different. Please do am episode on soya and tofu. Thank you. Blessings
