Ria first time I saw yellow rice. I always put turmeric to colour mu rice. Sometimes I use spinach as well to make callaloo ( not all the time I get nice bush) food always look amazing. Praying hubby feels better as the days goes by. Thank you for sharing your lovely recepies 🙏❤

I’m surprised you didn’t put any pumpkin, ginger and fine thyme in the Calalloo but we all cook differently, pretty sure it was delicious and I put a sprinkle of sugar as well the nutmeg seems to be a nice touch
