He blew over on me when I used the kick stand, which is much easier for me to use given I'm a light weight.. So...he blew over. Is there anything I'm missing in trying to get that bar down? I would highly recommend keepign the pedals on. In most municipalities/provinces/states you will get nasty tickets. I've heard of people getting 6 tickets at once (e.g. driving without insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle etc.) for not having the pedals on. That kind of thing can ruin your life.
My e-bike had a blown tail light when i first got it as well And before you ride it tighten up all nuts and screws on the bike or else things will drop off all over the place. They did not tighten things up at the factory. First 10 km i rode front mud guards fell off. I weigh just over 100 Kg the bike goes faster than a normal bike and if you keep peddling you get about 50 to 60 km out of it
what type or the name of the battery does this bike has.. i have the same but the battery does not read what brand and name it has .. as i need to replace the battery
I picked up three of these bikes from a donation to the church and built a rear two wheel drive FrankenTrike. See my video channel at TheMechanator for more e-bike trips, cruising the gut, documentation, and general horseplay videos. This original bike is fun and stable to run. If you plug in the white white jumper on the controller it's 800W and will ride up to about 45 kph. And as always "Keep the shiny side up!"
I just received mine from saferwholesale Speedester Boom and about two ago took it out for the first time ran okay. I was trying to get use to it. But when I tried to charge it. That's when the problem came in. Um I could only charge up half way. It wouldn't go pass that.
Need help on buying a charger for mine just like your red GIO bike ; need price : spec’s , an cord type .. Could you please help ; even sales places , thanks GEO.

You need to swap 2 of the 3 wires around on your motor. It's a 3 phase motor and likely was not wired up properly. Swap blue and green heavy motor wires and you should be good to go.
I'm getting one of these tomorrow because the police didn't like my lack of motorcycle licences while driving my 800 pound bike so I think I'll be okay with a 100 pound electric scooter
Why are there no peddles .if no peddles its not a ebike .without peddle on the bike and operational .you need a licence and inshurence if not in Canada you get lots of fines.yep I found out the hard way my peddles were under seat .and I still got 8 tickets.
No peddles. They can nail you large, driving without lic, no insurance, without pedals in place. It's classed a motor vehicle. One guy got 10,000 in fines for doing it, in Hamilton Ont Canada. So make sure there on and work 100%. Or they can nail you large

That may be, the manual and site shows 32 or 35kmh, but I wouldn't be surprised if they fudge those numbers.
the low an high gear if you are in high gear can you let go of the throttle an cruise? or do you have too keep your hand on the throttle

How do you even move the kickstand that lifts the bike off the floor???
I think you had to roll it back pushing on it to put it on the kickstand and roll it forward to collapse it. So long ago I don't recall.

Not that I am aware of. Though I would imagine it's not too hard to find the wiring for it or the speaker.
Yukon Deighton bring it in to an electric bike shop, they can hook up a muffler like they did with mine, it does get annoying
