I agree with large groups of just a few species. When I design a community, I think of top dwellers, mid tank dwellers, and bottom dwellers. So if you want another species, you might consider top dwellers, like killies or something. Beautiful tank in design and execution! And the mushrooms are great.

it's an amazon tank, so shrimp are basically out of the question. There is hardly any on the market. Very hard to find. Dwarf Crayfish would look stunning in here, though!
The only interesting snails for an amazon tank are mystery snails, but those don't do well in rimless aquariums. Females tend to climb out in search of places to lay eggs, then fall to the floor. :(

Nannostomus eques (Hockeystick Pencilfish) and Dicrossus filamentosus
(Lyretail Checkerboard Cichlid) are found in the same areas as the green neon and hongsloi so you could maybe add them. I would recommend adding more leaf litter as well the dicrossus and apistos like the leaf litter. Looks great.

nannostomus unifasciatus is another pencilfish you could use but they get a little bigger than the eques.

Congratulations for the final result, the tank is really stunning! The cories and neon tetras schooling together are a show.
Some years ago I was to a live event with Ehiko Bleher and he said that we should always put fish and ideally plants from the same region in the same tank because they speak together the same language…

Nice video, great aquarium step up. I understand the theme you going for but i would add some yamato shrimp and few rabbit snail.

Super nice. Just sad that the in- and outflow from aquario only lasted one year. They are way to expensive (especially for basic pieces of plastic that probably costs less than 1,- to make) to buy new ones every year.

You already have a lot of fish in there, don't add more 😁👍 maybe just a few shrimp 🦐

Really great choice for stocking. I think this is enough fish. I think it would be possible to fit more, but then it might detract from the scale of the scape you've created. It really has all come together to look fantastic. Enjoy that tank. Take care.
