2014 Infinti QX50 Has Power/ Engine Won't Crank...No Start Problem...Solved...

Car was left parked. Came back to start it and it would not Crank. Battery was checked. Terminals were cleaned. Battery was given a boost. Still had the same issue.

So it’s the starter if the car has power with jump box but won’t start or even turn on ??

We have the same car. Was at a funeral parked in a parking lot. Came out to leave and the QX80 would not start. Got out of the car. Walked around the car and saw that the car behind me backed into the stall behind me hand her Roadrunner had a stinger with a ball on it and that ball hit my hitch. Must of been hard enough to jolt my car. So I disconnected my battery for 10 min. It re-set every thing and jump started it and it started up. Crazy !!! Must have a sensor or something. Any way ,hope that helps.
