- This video contains all possible variations of the scene that plays out in the Normandy's debriefing room after crash landing on the Collector station.
If you've lost some of your squadmates already due to a lack of ship upgrades, Shepard will mention this while addressing the rest of the team.
Next, you will have to come up with a plan to reach the central chamber in order to find your missing crew and all the other people the Collectors have abducted. This will require sending someone, preferably a tech specialist, through the ventilation shaft.
After picking the right squadmate for the job, Miranda will offer to lead the second fire team, to which some of the others will have objections. Once Shepard decides who to pick as a leader, Miranda will either approve or disapprove of their choice. In the latter case, Shepard can remind her who the person in charge actually is.
Finally, Shepard can decide on giving a speech to boost the team's morale or simply focus on the task at hand. In the Renegade version of the speech, different short cutscenes will play out for several squadmates.

My first choice was Tali for the shaft (as a tech expert) and Garrus as a second team leader (due to his experience leading the vigilantes on Omega), They didn't dissapoint.
To this day, my only regret was picking Thane for the ventilation shaft. For some reason, I thought it'd be more important to have someone who was stealthy than specifically a tech expert, and Shepard saying that it sounded like a job for him only made me more sure that I made a good choice. The worst part is that my line of thinking could've had me send Kasumi instead, and everyone would've survived.
I picked Kasumi for my first Playthrough.
The only Fatality I got was Zaed due to botching his Loyalty Mission.
Well, at least you didn't send grunt down the shaft. He'd be stuck.
The amount of deaths that were done to make this video produced is a lot.🤣 Never the heart to do a “bad”play-through, so good to see all the variations.

Yeah, also the comment on Samara, even though getting Samara results in the same outcome as with Zaeed.
She saw both in action - and they're great fighters. But how didn't Miranda think that Samara never commanded a unit (Justicars operate alone) and Zaeed is a notoriously bad leader? For a manager like her it's a huge blunder.
Exactly, she probably saw the dossiers and also had some insight on stuff that happened during the missions ( as with all the other characters ), so you would expect her to know it.

Samara or Thane are not a good choice for the second team, but i like how Miranda changes his dialogue thought
I think Miranda always hint you of something important and if you carefully listen to her it will help a lot. In my first playthrough after I’ve done all loyalty missions and the collectors came and abduct my Normandy crew, Miranda said that we should go rescue them now but I thought I wasn’t ready so I went to do other side missions and then it was a total mistake cuz I lost half of my crew. Next time I’ll listen to whatever my best girl say.

I've been trying to wrap up the Suicide mission for a while now, I'm almost done with the biotic specialist side of things and hoping to get Part 1 out this month.

I don't know what Bioware was going for with the sound that can be faintly heard at 0:00~0:15, but it sounds exactly like my pressure cooker when it's cooking rice. I was so confused and distracted when I played this part that I kept checking my stove.
