Hi Lee have recently purchased anew complete unit from queni koi called a dvs alamalgan unit they are from Holland better price and far better quality than the type you have.My quartz sleeve came off my old one water got into bulb and electric fitting was still wet days later lol .ps there replacement 40w bulbs only £84.95 .

Hello Lee the UV light might damage your seals I think i seen it on Dublin Koi where he was having trouble with seals leaking. Catch it early.
