சிறப்பான பதிவு. 7 வருடங்களுக்கு முன்பு நானும் microscope வாங்கியிருந்தேன் ஆதனால் நீங்கள் கூறியதுபோல என்னால் மிகச்சிறிய உயிரினங்களைப் பார்க்க முடியவில்லை, சிறு புச்சிகளை மட்டும் பார்க்க முடிந்தது எனவே ஏமாற்றத்தோடு அதை ஓரமாக வைத்து விட்டேன், இப்போது தான் நியபாகம் வருகின்றது இதை ஏதாவது அறிவியல் ஆர்வம் உள்ள படிக்கு குழந்தைக்கு கொடுக்க வேண்டும்.
ஒரு மின் பொறியாளர் நுண்ணுயிரியளாளர்(Micro- biologist) ஆன தினம் இன்று.... 😊👍

PUC படிக்கும் போது இலையை வைத்து சில நொடிகளே காட்டினார்கள் அற்புத படைப்பாக இருந்தது . அன்றே மைக்ராஸ்கோப் வாங்க ஆசை ஏற்பட்டது . அது நிராசையாகவே போய்விட்டது . வாழ்த்துக்கள் சகோ!

You can able to see live bacteria through microscope with pond water sample, Just have to use different microscopic illumination like darkfield to get the better contrast. Microscopy is a fun and rewarding hobby.
Potassium permanganate can be used for coloring and heat to be applied to get better contrast and static micros....! Coloring eh detail ah explain pannunga pls... It will be useful to many aspiring learners bro. Also product description link for purchasing a medical microscope podungalen. 👍

I scored 87 for 100 in 10 th standard but I got 40 marks only in maths so I didn't got science group so I studied commerce....
But still i have that pain till to that period i was thinking that next year i will be in lab and can able to study and see in laboratory all got spoiled ...

Nice info. Once you can upload microscopic view of pot water after 24 hrs of storage, Can water and Bore Well water, copper jug stored water and any boiled water. If significant reduction of bacterias are shown, public will understand the necessity of drinking good water with good PH value to live a healthy life. I shared your useful video in our group
