I don't understand giving Sentomaru the Seraphim in a random 1v1 fight. Maybe if it was an ability like Sung Jin Woo's shadows. Mihawk got robbed by the rng drawing Imu round one. Mihawk does outclass Shanks due to the missing arm giving Mihawk the edge. Remember they were big rivals and the loss of an arm tipped the scales in Mihawk's favor plus we still haven' seen Mihawk bust out anything big while Shanks has used divine departure. I feel Blackbeard is now 3rd due to his 2 DF powers and this might be an anime thing but I saw some of the infused Conquerors Haki in his attack on Law so if he has that ability too he's really a threat.
I still say Luffy is below them largely due to his inexperience and that he's still working on his Conqueror's infusion and gear 5th

Mihawk is not number 1 like you’ve just said he’s featless…there are many bigger names like imu way above him, him being a rival to shanks when they were younger is pointless also shanks beat him before losing his arm as when mihawk went to meet him he said “I’m not here to settle the score” meaning they weren’t total equals. Shanks haki has gotten significantly stronger since then. We also can’t throw away any admiral stocks

Mihawk is still above g5 luffy. G5 luffy is not on above kaido yet. KIZARU can hold his own, rob lucci didn’t get packed up either. Luffy hasn’t been fighting the way he was against Kaido but we have to scale with narrative. Mihawk, shanks and akainu has to be up there to be relevant end of series
