Hi Doc.. I do intermittent fast. My fasting is always between 100 and 115 and my random is always less than 140.. My HbA1c is 6.6 Do you recommend me to take diabetic medicines ? so far I am not taking any medication since am diagnosed a month ago. Thanx.. An admirer from Pakistan.

Mam can you tell that range 80 to 120 is for which age segment mostly doctor doesn't tell this this whenever age factor comes in to it mostly old age patients have higher range but Dr. Doesn't consider it why.

What is the parameters. All person are same level or difference is there? Is it no as per age, hight weight, and region, and food quality of the people. Everything is depends upon the body threshold of individual person.

But somehow it feels incomplete. It would be helpful if information on HbA1C or commonly called three monthly sugar level test is included. These days doctors are asking for only this test. They don’t ask for fasting, random or PP values.
Also information about type 2 diabetes could have enough included.
