- Jaki Graham (Birmingham, 15 september 1956) is an English singer. She is known especially by her hits such as 'Could It Be I'm Falling In Love' (1985, with David Grant), 'Set Me Free' (1986), 'Round and round' (1985) and 'Breaking Away' (1986). This duet with David Grant was recorded by Toppop on 17 January 1986.
It charted #15 in the Dutch Top 40 on 1 February 1986
