    1. Have the right mindset around your hair (positive, optimistic)
    2. Have a solid hair regimen
    3. Can use a gentle clarifying shampoo or diluted ACV aloe rinse to cleanse scalp initially
    4. Follow up with this Avocado deep conditioner
    5. After deep conditioner is rinsed out, apply Avocado oil to your damp hair. Then apply Aloe Shea Leave In moisturizer.
    5. Braid or twist hair, keep in this style for ONE WEEK.
    6. Apply small amount of oil to hair daily (Argan, jojoba)
    7. Check up on hair when the week is nearing to an end, making sure it is not matting.
    8. Gently remove braid or twist and lightly detangle and apply ylang ylang aloe mix to cleanse scalp
    9. Rebraid gently, but taut to keep hair stretched. Add castor oil avocado to ends or Aloe gel
    Repeat steps
Do this for ONE Year, you should retain at least 5-6in
*based on method I used to retain and grow waistlength hair. Other factors you should consider: diet, sleep schedule, stress etc.

    What grows hair?
    ✅Commitment
    ✅Consistency
    ✅Care (being extremely gentle)
✅Cleansing (solid scalp and hair cleansing regimen)
✅Crops (crops (vegetables), overall diet, ample water
Hair is constantly growing, but must be maintained to thrive. (Cleansing, grooming)
I have used these ingredients to help me achieve waist length hair. In addition, you must keep your hair in protective styles (twists, braids) for long periods of time. (3 - 4 weeks at a time etc) practice gratefulness, positive mindset, excellent diet, proper sleep, consistency, exercise, gentle detangling, no heat at all (my experience), daily oiling of hair ends , deep scalp massage, diy natural mild shampoos and deeply moisturizing diy conditioners, practice mindfulness and lower stress. The results are my own. All results vary. Hair does not grow long overnight. Average hair growth is 6 inches a year. I started my natural hair journey 10 years ago but had many setbacks as it took many years of research and trial and error to find methods/products that worked for me. Of the 10 years, it took me roughly 4 years to achieve waist length hair.
More insight: I’m a non-smoker and do not drink alcoholic beverages, nor do I take any medications.

Can low porosity hair use this treatment as well as the aloe vera gel w/avocado oil, glycerin and the powder (forgot the name) you mixed with the glycerin. Thank you. You and your family always stay blessed and healthy ✝️🙏🛐🕊️

    • @tialynn1111
      @tialynn1111  Před 11 měsíci

      Hi Kimberly! 💕
‌Low porosity hair is human hair that doesn't readily absorb water and treatments. Your hair may be low porosity if it takes a long time to wet and dry. If you use hair care products, they tend to stay on the surface of your hair rather than being absorbed. This makes hair care treatments less effective.
      Effective oils
      For low porosity
      Argan oil
      Jojoba oil
      Sweet almond oil
      Grapeseed oil
      Baobab oil
      Apricot oil
      Camellia oil
      Pomegranate oil
      Avocado oil
      Sesame oil
      Rosehip oil
      Safflower oil
      Bottom line
Avocado oil is good for low porosity as well as oil, you just may need to customize and replace the castor oil for a lighter oil or add distilled water to the mix.
Make sure to test products for sensitivity

No I have not always had long hair, my hair has gone through many stages.

    • @tialynn1111
      @tialynn1111  Před 7 měsíci +1

      Hi Kimmie💕
Yes, low porosity hair can use sunflower oil as an alternative to safflower oil. Sunflower oil is lightweight and has emollient properties, making it beneficial for low porosity hair, which typically requires lighter oils for better absorption and moisture retention without causing buildup. Sunflower oil is rich in vitamins like Vitamin E and essential fatty acids, which can nourish the hair and scalp effectively. However, as with any hair care product or oil, it's always a good idea to do a patch test first or start with a small amount to see how your hair responds.

No my hair was not always long. It was shaved in the back and was about 1 inch all the way round when I was in early high school and it was relaxed.
I didn’t do a big chop, but let it all grow out and gradually cut out the relaxed ends.

@tialynn1111 I be going to hair salon some tells me my edges will never grow and other said it might grow back. Some say I might need hair implants. I don't have any follicles

@tialynn1111 I'm 41 years old. I feel like I'm too young to be having hair lose, and it's probably because I be using these perms, I went natural back in 2017 and never put anymore chemicals in my hair. And thanks for preferring me to use other products

Oh I see - I don’t know all the details but consult doctor (diet may help) or see a dermatologist (if hair loss) Do you know for certain if there are no follicles? I think most sound advice is speaking to dermatologist and see their suggestion

@erin8120 try and stick with the natural products (castor oil, avocado oil, olive oil, rosemary , ylang ylang etc)
You may soon see progression with this (yes and 0 chemicals and be very gentle and protect your edges while they grow out)
      Test for allergy before using

@@tialynn1111 And it’s soooo appreciated! Hair loss or lack of hair growth can have a huge affect on mental health and self esteem. I may be lazy because I’m not affected right now but if I were I would definitely give it a try. You’re giving hope to so many people. Thank you for that 💕💕

I have some tips and tricks to help.
✨The key is to keep them oiled after every hand wash and not to use nails as tools. Also I’ll list some tricks to stop biting them.
