The Comfort Carrot Cake | vilmabrownie

Every time I post a pic of my vegan carrot cake on my IG Story... EVERYONE ASKS FOR THE RECIPE. So I thought I'd finally share it with yous as it's my ultimate comfort food and now more than ever that's needed.

❧ MEASUREMENTS
1,5 dl of vegetable oil
2 dl of plant based milk
3 dl of brown sugar
4,5 dl of grated carrot
5 dl of flour
2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp of ground clove
vegan butter for cake tin
For the frosting...
200 grams of vegan cream cheese
100 grams of vegan butter (softened)
6 (+1) dl of powdered sugar

I would've done that but when filming the sitdown parts I was in a hurry so I couldn't. Sorry!

How many carrots did you use?

Oh my god, I forgot to write that in the measurements! Epic fail. 😂 So I used 4,5dl of grated carrot which was about 5 large carrots.
