Been great to see it like light up an area in the dark, that would have been the high"light" of the entire video

What do you think between this and the hm65r? I can’t decide!

So they're both great lights. The HM70R is a monster of a brightlight, but the HM65R has the majority of the performance, plus battery indicator lights, and dual switches, at about half of the weight.

@@BlueRidgeOverlandGear exactly! I want the 70 but the weight is no joke. Probably it’s biggest complaint in the reviews. ok, one more and I’ll leave you alone 😂 the hm65r vs hm65r-t? I like all the extra differences but are those differences worth the $

This light is brighter but a lot heavier. So it’s a trade off

@@narutobroken Ordered the 70. I get all that lumen goodness plus a great neck workout when I wear it!

I know these are good headlamps, but, I'll stick with my Princeton Tec headlamps. They are made in the USA just like my BROG products.

Thanks for that comment. Not only is Princeton Tec made in the US, but the head of products (me) is a follower of BROG and out on adventure as often as possible. Look for a lot of new product in the next couple of seasons!

Thanks for heads up. We've had great success using lights from Fenix, and they have fantastic customer service. We also have some PTEC lights around the shop and appreciate USA made gear.

Sorry to hear that. Fenix lights have some different user interfaces across models. The HM50R is probably the favorite here at the shop.
