Hiii. If we haven't met yet, I'm Kinga Gorski-a high performance coach, meditation & yoga teacher, and founder of the online course, Zen High Performance Method. It's underestimated *just* how much of a role the achievement of a meaningful goal plays in our self-esteem and healing journey.

Haha, totally off topic but Alanis is a baddie so I'll take it as a compliment.
I've never had formal training but I did sing in a rock band program for 2 years in high school. Not beyond the car or shower these days lol.
