Yes, you can get a province apt 15 or 20 minutes away from the ocean, it might be still a bit more than these but you would certainly save a good chunk of change.

Furnished apts do exist but much more.common in the high rise towers of Manila. Semi furnished is more common than fully furnished, that's mostly items left behind by prior tenants.
