Another note, this could be made stronger by meditating with paarthurnax about Fus, which grants grants you 25% less stagger and grants you 25% more chance to stagger your enemies. You could literally just hold an enemy there with weapon bashes if the damage didn't eventually kill them.

The instruments that have been taking up carry weigth in my inventory for 40 hours of gameplay (first playthrough so I almost even missed it).

I believe the only reason they added the otherwise useless 5x bash damange skill it's because they knew this would eventually happen.
Bash damage with the right shield is actually useful. Let’s you one-shot weak enemies to save weapon enchant charges for actual threats

"Shield" bashing honestly is broken in skyrim, it literally destroys a dragon's animation, free defensive damage and it can do absurd levels of damage with the right stats and equipment, more than most late game gear too!

I doubt anyone will see this, but nordic barnacle + garlic + salmon roe is better and faster to acquire for leveling alchemy. Take a dip in the lake near the guardian stones for the nordic barnacle(s), help faendal and take some garlic from his house, and catch a jumping salmon on the way to whiterun. Faendal also becomes a follower, taking care of the duplication glitch as well.

so using that and the restoration glitch, a restoration magic only build is doable.
but how to get to the point in dragonborn where you can buy the spell from Talvas using only restoration is gonna be the impossible bit since no other restoration magic deals damage to living things unless using companions is ok in which case you can just heal em from behind as they fight
Dovah Dude I believe the spell “Vampires Bane” is also a restoration spell from the Dawnguard DLC. But has the same problem of getting to that point without dealing some damage...

Fun fact: Ice Form works with the 100% pickpocket glitch as well. Shouts do make people hostile, though, but I've used it on a few quests already where I could run away. Might be useful.
