Great breakdown of the 15 pro. I upgraded from the 12 to the 15 Pro Max Blue Titanium (my first ever pro Version). I would be the same as yourself ALWAYS having the phone on or near me and I strongly agree that the battery life should be better. I have never gone a day without having to charge my phone - why don't Apple ever consider this? It would be great if you shot more footage with this and maybe explain more functions/settings as I find this valuable and a great way to learn😊😊

I have the 13 Pro Max and I use it all the time for short form content and then it is a B-Cam in a lot of my long form top down shots on my CZcams. I wasn’t going to upgrade this year but I recently just cracked the camera area and back glass on my phone pretty bad and they still offer a good bit on trade in so it gave me that little push to go ahead and upgrade so I’m here checking out your thoughts as I wait for UPS to drop mine off today! Great video man as always!

When I went from iPhone X to the 13Pro Max it was a great leap. Macro lens gave me some of the most amazing photos. The Wide angle lens also yielded some stellar shots. Some scenarios the zoom was great and other time disappointing. Still I love my daily experience with the 13Pro it’s been my favorite phone. Now I’m being offered a deal for trade in and upgrade, though I ask myself should I jump on the 15Pro Max or just wait another year. Honestly none of the new titanium colors thrill me as much as the Sierra Blue.

I been with Android for last 7yrs before that iPhone,, This year i decided to go Apple iPhone 15 pro max due to the A17 chip which is capable of everything you could dream of on iPhone 15 pro max. The cameras, the interface and a host of other capabilities.

The over heating and battery life gave me pause but now I’m more confident. Gonna go look at upgrading mine. Only thing is what do I do with all of these other cables?

So the worries I had was all the drama with the durability. You would think that this titanium would make it the most durable ever. Plus they previously had the glass upgraded for higher impact, shatter proof/resistance…so has it took a step back?
I have the 11promax an been waiting an waiting for a significant year that has the high end mobile gaming capabilities, a 120hz refresh, an faster cpu.
So will this be a great replacement finally?
I kind of need to upgrade anyway…battery is at 74% health lol but also, my phone seems to never work anymore. I have to switch airplane mode on an off all the time to get signal…or have 2-3 bars with LTE an still no internet connection…they have me reset network connection which logs me out of everything in safari an every wifi password. super annoying.
So idk if this is more a Verizon issue or my iphone.
so I guess…this is pointless if I’m going to upgrade anyway…but is the 15 pro max as good as it should be?

Not worth it honestly there’s isn’t much of a difference the 13 pro is still a great phone imo.

My 15 Pro Max still has big issues with heating after the update. This problem is far beyond data transfers and Insta. I regret trading in my 14 Pro Max which didn't have this issue.
Relax. Its just a software issue and apple is working on it. Issue will be fixed after software update.

Not gonna lie, i had the 14 pro and i did upgrade to the 15 pro only because of how much lighter it is. Felt like the 14 pro was a brick in my pocket. The stainless steel was just way to heavy imo

I’m really disappointed in the battery life also, and this is coming from someone who doesn’t even have social media. I use CZcams maybe an hour a day and my battery is dead by the end of my day.
Definitely would love it to be better!
I don't want to sound negative, but I feel like it's too bad that most people are pushing the pro models without even having tested out the regular 15 and 15 plus. Battery life is better, camera is the same(except the 5x zoom), and you can't shoot on prores log(which most people don't even use). So considering these facts, the 15 plus is the best option for 99.5% of people.

so true.. I'm a fitness and nutrition content creator who mainly uses instagram and tiktok, and my iphone 11 has been my main tool up until now. I'm debating as to whether or not i should get the 15 promax for the prores log(despite the fact that i've never shot in it), or whether i should just stick to the iphone 15 plus as it has a great camera and amazing battery life. Any advice you can give me? Thanks so much@@JHawk

Everyone keep complaining about battery life as if 20,000 mah power banks dont exist.

Yeah but screen is even quicker to dim while charging on the go.
Just this past weekend I had trouble scanning my boarding pass because the phone dimmed the screen. Also had a ton of issues with wireless CarPlay and again, phone overheating and slowing down the CarPlay navigation UI. If the battery was decent I wouldn’t have to charge it on the go thus creating more situations for it to throttle.
