11:51 - Dude, if your brain is telling you "no" on a feature, listen to it. Some days we're just not feeling it. And I have learned that if you're not feeling it, that's not a good time to try something. I wasn't yelling at my screen (in part because I'm at work and don't want people looking at me funny), but I am with you. You possibly saved yourself a trip to the emergency room.
Nice content in this one, Eric. Thanks for sharing. My wife doesn't understand the appeal of watching someone ride a trail. I can't explain it to her, either. But it's always fun for me to watch these.

There's something about the nice flowy trails in particular that I just find soothing and relaxing. And it looks like so much fun, but I've never even mountain biked.
My brain doesn't do this and I think it needs to start. My brain at 34 years old is still looking at features like it did when I was a 16 year old bmx rider. It just whispers, "don't be a pussy, send it"
I do appreciate how you ride based on how you feel in that day or moment - just "send it" when you're not feeling it is the quickest road to the hospital and some kind of shitty recovery. Good for you showing this - a lot of young rider need to know when to "live to ride another day". Great video as always.

Awesome video! Love the humility that you show yourself struggling on certain features, it certainly makes it more relatable. I prefer that than an edited highlight reel. Something with the quality of the video this time (was the lens fogged up?) was odd but I'd watch your videos even if they were filmed on a toaster.
Sometimes crap gets on the lens and you just gotta deal with it in the edit unfortunately :(

Yo BC-FIRST great video dude! A video regarding the transition between hardtail to full sus and slack head angle would be sick. No pressure, but I think it might be cool for those trail riders trying to ride parks.
I feel like this Whismas was an opportunity to try some trails that you may not have tried, as you focus was set on sending huge jumps. rather than tech and easier trails.

I went to my local Bikepark with a Hardtail cause i got nothing else... Still a whole lot of fun!
I think we get de- sensitized as to how big some of those lines are in WBP are actually. They are huge and passing on them is ok at times, as actually a small % of people who ride bikes all over the world can smash them all. Your a great rider. It was also your first day in the park this year! Great video.

Hey BC!, have you ever considered riding the Canmore Nordic centre in Alberta? Itâs an amazing bike park with mostly root and rock trails and amazing jumps (I canât hit them lol) if you have time this summer I totally recommend checking it out!

I always enjoy watching people riding trail bikes in bike parks, Iâm looking for my first full suspension and was wanting a do it all bike in 27.5 cuz Iâm small. Marin hawk hill 2, giant trance 3, vitus mythique 27 vrx and YT jeffsy what do you think I should get? The last thing I want to do is have an overkill bike for the park Iâd rather be just a little overkill on xc trails and fine/a little undergunned for the park. Thoughts?
there is a trail at my local mtb park and at the entrance there is a scull and bones with a big warning sign
so what are the ods they were still working on the trails that were closed seeing as some seam to have been refurbished hence the late opening?
You guys should try out greekpeack mountian resort it is a ausome mountian and i ride it all the time it is my local park. It is located in cortland ny
